They need better lighting and to allow leashed dogs. It is a rural area and people tend to spend time there and have their dog aboard.

Great service and amazing finds for a reasonable price. I would recommend this store for clothes and unique oddities.

Just dropped off several large bags and boxes of items to donate (hello major spring cleaning!),…read moreand I have to give a shout out to Deshawn (I hope I spelled that right, initials on my donation receipt are DC). I've dropped off donations at this location countless times over the years, and this was the first time I had someone walk up to my car and offer to help me unload my donations and kindly point me to the correct bins for where to place things (electronics, household goods, clothes, bags, shoes, etc). He also asked if I wanted my bags back and if I needed a donation receipt. The last time I donated items here, there was a guy working who practically screamed at me "No hangers!" to which I responded, "Sorry, I didn't know." - I put the bag of hangers back in my car but he definitely didn't need to yell angrily. So this visit was 100 times better, thanks to Deshawn. Goodwill, I hope you acknowledge the great and kind employee he is! Friendly tip: I had fragile wine glasses, pint glasses, and ceramic mugs to donate and I wrapped each item in packaging paper and bubble wrap and placed them in an open box. I was told this was a great way to donate fragile items so they don't break. The back parking lot where the donation drop off is located can get tricky to drive in/out of if there are more than few cars back there. It's basically a small loop with about 6 spots in the center. And when people are walking back and forth from their cars and the donation bins and cars are trying to exit or pull in, it can get dicey so a little patience will help!

The young man working the donation area on the weekend angrily threw a box of items I donated to…read morethe ground. He opened another box of my items and pitched them through the air across the bins so everything went crashing and slamming into the bins beneath. This was due to my items not being sorted. I cleared out the home of a family member who had passed and explained this to him when I arrived and that I had several boxes of unsorted items. He also hurled insults at me about the items being dirty and nasty. Some of the boxes were dusty from storage but the items inside were predominantly new and still sealed. He took out his phone to film me when I responded to his angry accusations . I got into my car, said "Fuck you," and left.

They direct you to where the items go and if requested will help with unloading your stuff. They do provide receipts if you want one. The parking area towards the donation side is a bit tight and can get busy over the weekend. I want to give a shout out to Isaac who was so pleasant and very helpful. He helped unload my car with so much energy and friendliness- makes you want to keep finding things to donate just because of how pleasant he made the process. In comparison, I dropped off my donated items this morning (Monday) and Chris was rather surly at first. He chided me for not parking in the lane - there was no one near me and I was there right when they opened. I re-parked my car to be sure I was between the lines! I asked for assistance and he finally did help after I made about 3 trips back and forth to my car. Night and day in the help service at Goodwill. Overall they do have nice staff and do make the donating process simple and fast.

2 years ago we went in and asked about a water fountain on the front porch by the door. We were…read moretold it had just came in and her son needed to do a little fixing on it. Last year we were back and basically stayed across the street on vacation for 4 days. We went to the store numerous times and hours hoping to get the fountain and the store was never open. We are back this year and went by a few times and finally she was open!!! The fountain was still there!! We were so excited! We asked the lady for the price, she said it had just come in and there wasn't a price well we didn't call her out on her BS and asked what she wanted for it. She said she needed her son to take a look at it before she priced it because she didn't know if it worked. Well we explained we would take it if it didn't work and just needed the price. She then told us it wasn't for sale. Well I asked her for a business card so I could call her and see what her son said after he took a look at it. She looked at me and said no she didn't have a business card and she would have to write the info down. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and nothing! She was beyond rude, dismissive! Not sure what her deal is but I find it hard to believe she has been able to stay in business with the shop smelling like an ashtray and her nasty unfriendly attitude and blatant lies about her merchandise! We won't be back!!

This place stinks. Literally. It smells very strongly of cigarette smoke. I was able to talk the price down but then basically had to restore it myself when we got it home. There are a few cool things here and there but also a lot of junk. Good luck.
