Plus - I'm not a very detailed bride. Alli was incredibly flexible with my schedule, willing to meet whenever I was in town. She also was extremely knowledgeable - all I had to do was give her a couple of images from pinterest, my color list, and a few flowers I liked and she created the most breath taking bouquet I've ever seen. I was SO happy with my flowers on my wedding day I could have cried. She also was flexible with delivery, ensuring that this was the last thing I had to worry about. If you are looking for a smaller, local flower shop with someone who really cares about her craft, look no further. She is also price conscious and was willing to help find ways to save money. A+, cannot recommend enough!!

They owed me one last service, which they displayed exactly why I had to find a more reputable company. They didn't offer to make it right. When we returned back home, it appeared that there was minimal attention paid to our home. The backyard had debris covering the deck and the bamboo was overgrown. The front grass was in serious need of weed and feed. When we requested a meeting with the owner, Chris, to have a walkthrough to rectify the situation, he declined to meet in person. This made us feel that our business was not valued. Fortunately, we did have a amicable termination of service. After reading another customer's review, we are reminded that it is a rare company that maintains long term quality service

I ordered fuchsia and pink flowers for my wedding through the Moore Venue-- colors that were central to the entire theme of our reception. Despite confirming the details well in advance, they delivered all white flowers on the day of the wedding. This wasn't a small oversight -- it was a complete failure to deliver what was promised, and it had a huge visual impact. The centerpieces, and arrangements looked totally out of place and clashed with everything we had carefully planned. We specifically designed the venue ballroom around Fuchsia and pink flowers. When the Moore reached out to Herbivore, I expected at least an acknowledgment of the mistake or some kind of effort to make things right. Instead, I received a vague explanation that they got the dates mixed up. No real apology or accountability to us whatsoever. The Moore stepped up and requested a credit in which Herbivore offered $ 500.00 - when we spent over $ 7,000.00. The Moore ended up offering a higher credit becuase of Herbivores mistake. The Moore could not have been a better experience. Weddings are not the time for careless errors. Herbivore had one job, and they got it completely wrong. If you're trusting someone with your big day, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

At some points in the wedding planning process, I called them with questions and they were both very helpful in their recommendations and guidance. I appreciate them being honest about what they thought would look best. They were great about working with our budget and giving us choices, too. I also collaborated with them on a memorial piece for my brother who loved cacti! They created a beautiful piece, integrating a large cactus with my wedding florals. It was so thoughtful, I know they wanted to go above and beyond to honor him. Highly recommend them for their communication, vision, flower selection, and care. Doesn't hurt that they also have tiny dinosaurs in their arrangements, if you're looking closely enough :)
