I called them again and asked them to check what was in there wax and yes there is beeswax in their wax. They didn't offer a refund or to make it better they just did I should try their different wax that they said doesn't have beeswax on it. But I'm not taking my chances. Will never go back there. I spent almost 1.5 weeks covered in hives. Also- the hair started growing back a few days later- like they broke the hair and didn't pull it out. So I went through it all for nothing. I have had waxing done for the past 12 years and never had an experience like this- I will be going back to Waxing the City- it's more expensive- but they use quality products.

A little more detail: when she's on the phone and a client/customer walks in, she will continue to talk on the phone with no customer service etiquette. Sanitation: there is NO code here in terms of sanitation. I literally got bumps on the right side of my eyebrows due to this. This place needs to be shut down. The massage I got was fine, but not great. I then had a facial and a "head spa" treatment. The facial was fine, not great. The head spa was absolutely HORRIBLE. The woman (I won't name her) put tons of product in my hair and ripped out tons of my hair brushing it. I told her at least 3 times that it hurt and asked if she was ripping out my hair, which she said she wasn't and that she would "go softer". She didn't go softer. She was indeed ripping out my hair. I've attached photos of my hair loss (I have super fine thin hair) from after I took a shower to get the pound of product out of my hair. This doesn't include the clumps that came out on the shower. It is not at all normal loss for me. I contacted the spa and told them about my experience and they said that the girl that did the treatment wasn't trained and did it completely incorrectly. She wasn't even supposed to brush the product through my hair. They did offer me a refund for just that service, which I thought was a bit unfair because it ruined my entire experience. I went home and cried about my hair because I've been working so hard to regrow it after postpartum hair loss. I personally felt like they should've just refunded my entire trip to their spa. They offered me an 80 minute massage for the price of a 50 minute, but there was no way I was gonna go back to the spa after what happened to me. I will absolutely not be going back. Thank goodness that Lily is still here. She is so good at the craft of threading that her threading technique is really soft to the touch. Other threaders at other locations push down hard and makes it uncomfortable, but NOT Lily. She's the total opposite! I love that she is also detail oriented and knows how to shape your eyebrows without overdoing them to make them thin (you know what I mean). She has never made my eyebrows uneven, ever. When she feels like your eyebrows need to grow out more in some parts, she will make sure she won't touch it. I've been to her for a few months now and I'm grateful that she's at Ez Eyebrows. If you come, I highly suggest requesting her if she's working while you're here. You will not regret it! Here's the process: you walk in, at the counter right when you walk in on the right hand side has a check in kiosk. Check in with your number and fill out the information. On the screen, it'll also show you the pricing of each service. After checking in, walk towards the back of the room and there are couches. This is where you wait if there are people ahead of you. They will then call you over once they are ready for you. This location is located right behind Newgate Mall and there's plenty of free parking here. It does get busy here on the weekends so I suggest coming here on the weekdays.

Lily did just that. She was very friendly, detailed and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She has a light quick hand so I didn't feel it was really painful at all. I have one eyebrow that is growing out (from another eyebrow place) & she did an AMAZING job at making sure it matched the other eyebrow while still allowing it to grow in. Thank you Lily!!
