Absolutely dreadful…read more I was going to be late picking up a package, so I called and asked them to hold the package an extra day. I was put on hold -- aka the handset was set down on the counter -- for 12 minutes (during which time the store closed) until somebody put the phone back in the cradle. I called back and was screamed at the woman on the other end for claiming that they had hung up on me. She told me I must have called a different number (as if the 'redial' button on my phone changed the number?) and berated me until I finally got angry and hung up. Since then, I've been going back and forth with some person (emailing from a Gmail address???) who has been running me around in circles. Completely unreasonable and absolutely crap business practice. Never again.
