After I greeted the cashier, she finally came over but did not return the greeting, and instead rushed me through the process. I was actually there to make a return, but the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. I understand that everyone has personal challenges, but it is important that staff maintain professionalism and not project their emotions onto customers. Without customers, there is no business, so respectful communication should always come first.
