The venue is beautifully located within minutes of hotels, shopping, and anything you need but tucked away for an intimate beautiful wedding. All week we were concerned about rain for the outside wedding, and the day of it was touch and go up until the service. Carmen was extremely flexible up until the minute of the ceremony which allowed our daughter to have the service where she wanted. We didn't just rent a venue, but the support, knowledge, and expertise of a wedding planner who values the importance of the day! You can't go wrong hosting any event at the Bush House.

Unfortunately, her competency ends there. Once you have your deposit in, she forgets about you. She won't return calls, or emails. When you do get ahold of her she'll explain that she's swamped and is just ensuring her travelers needs are all met. Well, I never got to be that priority. The guests on our trip never got to be that priority either. I would have given her 1 star but ultimately the trip went well overall, so apparently she can book a trip but she shouldn't work with the public.
