Personally I recently went here for the first time to get some disposable cameras developed and it was such a great experience. I brought in two cameras, I needed one set of prints for each, and then digital copies of each. They were done in less than an hour, the digital photos were emailed right to me to download and I was able to pick up the prints (which were great quality). The whole thing cost me $38 which I was very impressed with. I will certainly be coming back!

The lens cap, a spare battery, and even my SD card (which had personal photos on it) were gone. When I confronted the owner, they acted clueless and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. This is unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone one that handles expensive electronics. If they can't be trusted to return items in the same condition they received them, they shouldn't be in business at all. Stay far away--this place is either incredibly careless or outright thieves. I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and warning others to avoid them at all costs. Never again.

Hours later, I received an email stating that my order had been flagged by their "Fraud Department" and canceled. I called the business as soon as I saw the email. The first person I spoke to let me know that it may have just been an error and that they still had cameras in stock, so it gave me hope that we could figure something out. But then he transferred me to a woman who told me that my order was flagged because 6 other people in my area had also placed orders that were fraudulent [???????]. I then asked if I could re-order over the phone since it was clearly a mistake on their end, because I'm a real person, my card was charged, my mailing address is residential and real, and she said no, because they actually don't have any of those cameras available anymore. I understand that they are a small business. I found them online through reviews from others, but the process they follow for fraud detection is flawed. They claim they want to "protect their customers," but having a system cancel orders just because multiple orders are coming out of the same area is a terrible way to run a business. I would have preferred if they had just called me before canceling my order.

I am forever grateful I found Jim on Yelp during my trip to PA in May/2018. This reunion allowed me to connect with long lost family that had been apart nearly 100 years! Through the help of DNA and genealogy work I have discovered so many interesting connections and the little footprints and breadcrumbs left by my relatives for someone later on down the road to find... Finding Jim at the Leesport Market was a blessing! He brought both portraits and small snapshots to life again! Meeting my lost family I was able to see (pictures for the first time EVER) of my Great Grandmother's face, they also had several never before seen photos of my Grandmother when she was young along with her long lost sister, aunts and other family... Jim you are such a kind, honest and talented man... Thank you for sharing your gift with my family and others! The condition of my photos were a mix including the following issues: - Some were torn, discolored, faded, becoming brittle to touch- I was happy to see new life brought back into these photos with natural color enhancements added to some. - Some photos were very small snapshots that were hard to identify the faces due to size and age - we were so excited to see these made into regular size 4x6 and 5x7 photos and see the cute details such as a flower being held in my grandmothers mouth - Other photo challenges was the balance between light/dark this made it hard to focus in on the faces of in the photo- I loved that Jim was able to correct the lighting/contrast of the photos and keep everything looking natural, if not better than the original. All of my photos were over 100+ years old and these will now be able to be enjoyed for years and years to come! I still get goosebumps looking at these photos! They are priceless and mean more to me than any other possession. The care and appreciation for restoring family history is beyond measure! All I can say is GO SEE JIM!
