I live in Hillview, so this place is a 20-minute walk for me. I have started recommending it to my neighbours and friends as the staff are professional and welcoming. I have only gone there for massage. They do direct billing, and are conscientious about calling with reminders. The massage therapists make a sincere effort to not only give you a good massage, but take notes afterwards to make your next experience even better. The owner of the place is very friendly and polite, and the business is tastefully decorated and relaxing - a surprise for a business tucked between a pub and a reddi mart in the local strip mall! I don't know why Yelp is hiding all of the other positive reviews, but I mean it when I say that this place is one of the best in town. read more

This was BY FAR the best pedicure I have ever received. I live north of the city but this is a trek worth making. The area is a little shady but I was wearing my big-girl pants and made it to my car safely. This is a family owned operation. The lady who did my feet was the mother of the duo and she was great. She was not shy about touching my feet. She got in there, down and dirty, and cleaned them up beautifully. They were as soft as a baby's bottom upon my departure. She did, however, take her time so I felt bad for the next person who had to wait an extra 10 or 20 minutes. But she did a nice job and I haven't a negative things to say. Anyone can paint a toe nail but not everywhere will give you a proper pedicure. read more

I had a very difficult time choosing which salon I wanted to have my facial at. There are so many around in edmonton and I still took my chance to try this new place in Millwoods. I was so happy I did! The esthetician never stopped working on me, in some manner, for the entire time I was with her. She was either massaging my hands and arms or sholders while the creams were doing their magic. I have had many facials but nothing like this. I've been to many massage therapists. At Indulgence Massage I have always had a fantastic massage no matter who my therapist was. It is a bit of a drive for me but I will continue to come back. It is simple yet I am there for the massage and time to relax. They are always courteous and friendly. I always get my hour and they always assess before and after my massage. I have been going to Loann for massage for the past 3 years and I have to say she is really the best. She really cares about the wellbeing of her customers and treats them like they are a part of her family. Her massages are amazing, she is the only one that can really relax me and get the knots out of my neck. My husband and I recently spent a wonderful two hours at Indulgence Massage & Esthetics Spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. When we arrived we were personally welcomed at the door and given 2 mugs of apple tea while we sat in front of a lovely fire. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. This spa offers a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and friendly. My pedicure and manicure was absolutely fabulous!!! I received compliments the whole week..A rejuvenating treatment that included reflexology that de stressed my whole body. It's been 2 days since i got my first wax done at the wax spa. I must admit that it was great. Esthetician was honest enough to tell me that for my first wax ever, i should start with bikini even though i wanted the brazilian done (all hairs gone!). The Facial I recieved at the Salon last week was amazing...it included a really good face, neck and shoulder massage....as well as the normal cleansing and facial routine....I really see improvement on my skin. This is honestly Edmonton's hidden gem! I went there one day for a massage after a friend had recommended it to me and I am so glad that I did. The place is small but very relaxed.
