I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Shockingly, they denied the cancellation. They are currently pursuing $38,000 in rent for a unit I never entered, never took keys for, and canceled 55 days before the start date. My attorney has been fighting this for a month with no resolution because their communication is designed to wall you off. The location managers and sales staff refuse to help. There is a reason this business has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and over 770 complaints regarding hidden fees and cancellation issues. I have escalated this to the Attorney General and local authorities. Save yourself the legal battle and go elsewhere. (Case: CRM:09920001185 -- Stop the junk fees and process my termination.)

Over the years I have been at 3 co-working spaces in Pasadena and CTRL COLLECTIVE is far and away the best. Best location off of Arroyo. Best equipment -- good wifi and great quality computers in the event I need one. Most privacy when I need it for phone calls. Easy to use the printer when I need it as well. And Gia and the front desk staff are helpful and humane. I say humane because I can occasionally be a bit helpless and they are always very quick, kind, and helpful. Finally, the atmosphere is good and always work-friendly. A few years back I worked at a different coworking space in Pasadena and on weekends it would get very loud. Like, screaming kids loud. CTRL is really respectful and always helps me be productive.
