I was scheduled last minute with Rebekah. I was pretty nervous because I've had some traumatic haircuts in the past and I expressed that to her as soon as I sat in the chair. Don't be fooled by her quiet nature and delicate touch. Rebekah is an absolute BEAST behind the scissors! The teacher Mrs Marie was knowledgeable, very professional and very patient. all I can say is....WOW... I couldn't be happier with the result. Rebekah should be so proud of herself. Her precision, attention to detail, and patience blew me away. If anything, I just hope she steps into her confidence even more because her talent is undeniable. It was the worst haircut ever received there and we went there pretty regular. As we're in the check out line at the grocery store yesterday my wife notices my hair uneven in the back. Do they ever keep the same hairdressers? I had a girl the first time who was a U.S. Airforce Veteran who did a great job, then another girl who did a great job, then this time in I had a girl who did a fair job. My wife has a girl by the name of Kala who did a great job, then another girl who did a great job, then a girl who did a horrible job. My wife is so upset over it and I can't say I blame her. I attributed it to either a high turnover rate or were timing it all wrong that the good ones only work through the week days. I think we're going to try Supercuts across the street. Truly disappointed in Great Clips and not going back. We felt like because we got there about 29 minutes before closing time, they rushed on cutting our hair. While the others assured everything was good, they'd trim eyebrows, see if you wanted sideburns or not, squared in the back etc. we received none of that not even mentioned. No more Great Clips for us. If I can give $20.00 in tips for what should've been $34.00 in cuts, I expect better service in the end.
