They said the would come get the truck, and tried to charge us for that "service" They kept the truck and our down payment. When it came down to the finance numbers and there were items on there that was not suppose to be on there they got very mean and aggressive with me when I asked them about extra unnecessary fees for things I didn't want. I purchased a 2015 Buick Encore recently for my daughter. It was supposed to have remote start. But does not work when we try and use it. I should of checked while at dealership but did not. We followed manual, changed battery In key fob and checked everything listed in manual that could be the cause and still does not work. Was advertised to have remote start. The add on there website also states it was supposed to come with premium all weather floor Mates but when asked they said they could not do it. Also on the drive home and over next couple of days the warning came up and said transmission coolant hot idle engine. We reported these issues and there was no offer to fix or look at. After having these issues I decided to look at in more detail and jacked car up. The front tires are wearing more on inside than outside which leads me to think alignment issue. The back driver sensor for the blind spot was not attached and just hanging by the electrical connection. They say they do an inspection by how could you and miss an important safety device not attached. The thing is only a little bit smaller than the size of an iPad mini. I know it was bought as is But you would not expect so many issue on the day you bought it or next day. I now have an appointment with local dealer to look at it. Some one I can trust. read more

We recently visited Indy Auto Man with the intention of purchasing a gently used BMW with lots of options and hopefully AWD. Upon viewing the selection, we realized that we would need to rethink our budget if we were set on the options we had in mind. Just before we planned to leave we were given a few more options from manufacturers we had not considered before, such as Lexus. We checked out a well maintained Lexus IS 250 with every option we could hope for, AWD, and in pristine condition inside and out with low mileage that just fit our budget. We were able to work with our salesperson Devon, and director of sales Victor, to get the price down a bit. We've had a very positive experience with our purchase and will definitely continue to get service at this location and consider Indy Auto Man for future purchases when the time comes. We've already shared our experience at Indy Auto Man with our friends that are looking into used luxury vehicles at reasonable prices. Don't let the reviews of some of these other anonymous individuals cloud your decision to visit this dealership. "John S." sure does sound like "John Smith" to me, very generic fake name and from a different state to boot, and a potential racketeer from Yelp. 1 single review from him and it's a 1 star. Right. Very believable. As far as the other two negative reviews go, from reading their stories it looks like they came with very little money and very high expectations. These are LUXURY vehicles. Even when in "used" condition they have high value, unlike what they probably currently drive. If you don't have a somewhat decent budget, stick with average cars or lower your expectations in terms of what condition the car will be in. Indy Auto Man provides pictures from every angle of the car. You are always welcome to take the car to your mechanic of choice to have it inspected prior to purchase. We were given this option ourselves. Went to test drive a Kia Optima EX yesterday, but realized quickly that it did not come with the EX Premium Package: panoramic sunroof, 4 way power front passenger seat, driver seat memory, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear outboard seats, heated steering wheel, power folding outside mirrors, radio: UVO eService, rear camera display, gloss black B-pillar, Infinity premium sound system, HD radio. When I brought this to their attention they stated they were aware of the error earlier in the week and someone was supposed to fix it but didn't. He offered me a reduction of $995 but in my humble opinion it wasn't enough to repair the mistrust. He stated that they corrected the listing but it would take overnight to update. Fast forward to the next day: the listing still shows these unavailable features. Trust broken won't return or recommend them to anyone. read more

After being excited to leave work early and come to look at a truck there and potentially trade mine in, I was told that the person who I'd talked to over the phone wasn't in that day. That was fine, and I was put with another salesman but the first question I was met with after handing him my license was "oh you're 19 and you want that truck??"... There is no reason whatsoever that my age should have to do with me purchasing a car especially when it comes with obvious judgement that they don't think I'm capable. Then after getting into the truck and driving it for a bit I noticed a very profound clunking while in reverse. After explaining this to the salesman when I got back he took me back out to the truck, where the other workers on the lot were revving the vehicles they were in and cussing about out in the lot right behind me. When he brought me outside and made the truck repeat the clunking about 20 times he told me all it was was tire rub and that the lift kit wasn't big enough to fit the tires. So first of all the feeling most definitely wasn't tire rub and that if he were to go turn left all the way in my trade in vehicle he'd feel tire rub and it's a totally different noise and feeling. Second of all that truck has a 4" lift and to fit 33s on that year you only need a 3" so it was definitely tall enough. "I'm not a master mechanic or anything but I can guarantee it's just tire rub" was the only response I could get from him about it. Getting inside after their website valued my truck at a reasonable number, he tells me that the trade came back "through the same system I can use on their website" for $0. But he got a courtesy offer of $2000 for me so I didn't feel bad. After going back to his manager he got another $500 and when I brought up the online appraisal he said that they wouldn't honor it. Throughout my visit there I felt completely disrespected and saw a very strong lacking in customer service the whole time. I actually ended up going back that night to look at another truck with a friend who was interested a hour after they closed and the salesman and workers were still in the lot peeling tires whenever they moved the cars and they were slamming on the gas to be able to shut the passenger door without getting out of the driver seat. They were all still vaping and cussing at each other across the lot while me and two other potential customers were 10 feet away from them... After two terrible experiences I decided to call the manager the next day and was only able to speak with their customer service rep. She told me I'd receive a call from her and/or a manager that afternoon and they would try to rectify the problem, but that was now 4 days ago and I haven't heard a word. read more

We are not normally ones to complain and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, our experience with this dealership became rocky once we signed on the dotted line and continued to slide downhill since. We have decided to bullet point things to keep this review short... *We were not given a paper plate when we bought the car, they simply put our old plate from our traded in vehicle on the one we purchased. They said it was fine and wouldn't create a problem. We were pulled over in a sobriety check point about a week later and thankfully allowed to go back to the dealership to get a paper plate, but the officer said the dealership knew better and should have given us one from the beginning. *During an oil change, we were told that a catalytic converters had been removed on the car. Which explained the exhaust smell. We also became aware that it is illegal in the state of Indiana to sell a vehicle without catalytic converters. *We then took the car to a Chrysler dealership to get an estimate to have the exhaust fixed and a couple of other issues resolved on the vehicle. (Shaking under the car, whining in the steering, window sticking) (NOTE: Indy Auto Man didn't have their service department up and running yet). Our warranty through our lender supposedly was VERY comprehensive and a low deductible, however when we had it looked at, we were charged $550.00 to just LOOK at the problem(s)!!! Then the warranty company said they wouldn't cover the work needed to fix the car. SO, we paid what we had to just have an estimate done and leave. We then went to INDY AUTO MAN to try and get these issues resolved, and they had begun to open the service department. The man that helped us was helpful and did get our catalytic converters put on the car. Oddly, he doesn't work there anymore... *We then went to get another oil change a few months later and they said there was an exhaust leak on our passenger side from the catalytic converter. SO, we took the car back to Indy Auto Man to have them take a look and fix the problem and to also look again at the noise/jiggling under the car that had never been resolved. Initially, the service department was helpful and said they were going to fix the problem, but had to touch base with the warranty department. We waited for nearly a month before calling him back to find out the next steps!!! WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK!! Because this was a time during COVID, we figured it was slowing things down, but it shouldn't have taken nearly a month! * When we finally got to he service department, they said they got the okay to buy the part needed (gasket) and that they would be in touch as soon as it was in to have us bring the car in and have it fixed. *Nearly 4.5 weeks later and 7 phone calls to (SERVICE &SALES of which WE had to initiate EVER CALL, even after they said they would call us back ), we were asked to bring the car in to have work done. *We did, WE then had to call them to find out it if was done and ready to be picked up. (Oddly, they took the key when we dropped it off at the front desk, but she didn't ask who I was or what my number was or what car it was????? I had to initiate that info..WTH???)*Upon picking up the car, we were not charged...wouldn't have paid anyway, so that was good since it was an issue with the catalytic THEY installed initially. *On the way home, my husband was following me and noticed something hanging from the passenger side!! I could hear it as I went over bumps (like a scraping), also still sounded like the exhaust was leaking a bit!*SO, we immediately took the car back to the dealership! Absolutely furious at this point, we asked to speak to someone in service! Someone did come out and then took the car back to have the casing buttoned up and told us that the leak WAS fixed. We waited and waited...then the guy in service that we had been dealing with came out to talk with us. We were told that they had had staff changes in the service department and that he didn't receive the numerous phone calls throughout the last month. ABSOLUTE CRAP!!! We know the person he was talking about and he had been there from the beginning, plus our sales guy had told us he tried to get in touch with him to solve the problems, but we never heard back from him either!!! Honestly, we felt like our phone numbers had bee blacklisted and we kept getting passed from one person to the next!!* While talking to the service guy, my husband was irate and went out to make sure the hanging part had been fixed so we could leave since we could tell, we were SOL and weren't going to get anywhere with this place. Within 1 min.. he came back in holding a bolt/screw that he was able to pull out because it wasn't even tightened!!!!! The service guy then, was with his head down... we had to leave before we did something we would have regretted!! *We had asked the lady at the front desk while we were waiting if we could talk with management. Girlfriend and I went into Indy Auto Man to look at a vehicle which we had seen posted online. I called up to let them know we were interested in looking at the vehicle. Dylan was the sales consultant that was helping us out that evening, very professional with helping us. The vehicle felt like they dumped an unnecessary amount of leather cleaner on the seats, dashboard and plastic covering the engine. There was sand found in the vehicle and looked like previous owners had kids and dogs. After the test drive leather cleaner had actually dripped onto my shoes and pants. Dimitri, here is where it goes downhill, during price negotiations gave Dylan a lazily put together list of of cars that showed that their vehicle was the best priced in a 200 mile radius, which was a lie. I searched same make, mileage, trim, and year on my phone to find many identical vehicles priced cheaper than Dimitri's car. He didnt want to see these and told me his list was correct and my search was wrong. Ended up leaving and buying a car the next day from Van Wert, 160 miles away, same miles, same trim, same year, same model. All the sales consultants hands are tied when it comes to negotiation. We wasted 16 hours of driving time and two whole days trying to buy a vehicle from these guys, who just never seemed to have enough info to arrange financing for the car we wanted to purchase. Looked at another car which was in the same price range but they refused to work up the deal. We should have walked the first day. When pressed for entirely personal financial details, we refused. Never had to provide that level of detail in a car deal before. No warranty was offered and a huge down payment was required. I bought my 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport in April from Indy Auto Man. I'm no fool, and realized I'm buying an older car with some rare parts so I decided to also buy the deluxe warranty they offered me when purchasing this vehicle. It should be noted the weather was still cold when I bought the car. So when I turned the A/C on at the dealer, it was blowing the air that was temperature it happened to be outside...cold, but not A/C cold. I thought maybe it just needed coolant, so I went ahead with my purchase. The carfax stated that the ac repair has been done before by a previous owner. Come June, it's blazing hot, I'm in the middle of planning a wedding 2.5 hours away, and find out that My A/C had problems from the get go. There was a leak in a coil, that would cost 1200 dollars to fix. No big deal, I spent 2k dollars on a warranty, so this should definitely be covered! Almost not. The warranty company argued with me for a couple of hours before deciding they would cover the parts, if I paid for the labor and taxes. I eventually let it go and chalk it up to bad luck. Fast forward to now. My car has a Sky Slider roof which was a feature on a few Jeep Liberty models years in the late 2000s. I can understand why they would now be discontinued. Got in my car to head to work on a beautiful sunny day, went to open the sky slider, and the whole thing gets stuck and eventually comes off the tracks. Since this is the roof of my car, there's no glass, I have to get this repaired quickly. When it would rain, it would rain inside of my car. No fun. I noticed the sky slider was not in excellent condition when I bought the car, but it operated fine. I put my trust in the people I bought the warranty from, who told me specifically that it would be worth the 2k dollars just to pay for the sunroof if anything were to ever happen. I feel conned. 1500 to completely repair the sky slider and the warranty won't cover ANY of it because it isn't considered electrical. It sounds like someone just wanted commission off of my sale, so I have my husband call and deal with Indy Auto Man because I am beyond angry at this point, and completely regret purchasing my vehicle period. Indy auto man did nothing but drag us around for two days, and offered a free oil change. I live over an hour away. A $1500 dollar repair, that their ripoff warranty scammingly wont cover, and all I get is an oil change? No thanks. You have lost my trust anyway. Indy auto man should have offered to pay the price. I was lied to. Scammed. And now I'm out double my mortgage to make sure the car I've been driving less than 6 months has a roof. This is not something I should have to worry about. These people are con artists. So much for 3 years or 30k miles bumper to bumper! Don't buy a car here. If you do, don't be conned into a warranty that will put you out over 2k dollars. Because they won't cover anything anyway. **update. I've been contacted by Victor of Indy Auto Man. He has offered to contact Jeep on my behalf and ask them to refund my repairs and stand by their product. However, if Jeep doesn't, I still expect Indy Auto Man to stand by the cars they sell. **update. I never claimed that my a/c repair wasn't covered. I did claim it was a serious issue with the car that was not disclosed at time of purchase. I did claim that at first, they did not cover the repair. I did claim the warranty is a joke, and I did claim Indy Auto Man is scamming people. This is the first I'm hearing of this 3rd party inspection. Maybe it was something that should have been offered before this review? The point is, the details on the warranty were left extremely vague, I was scammed by salesman into buying a warranty for a part of my car I was told would be covered, and due to some very specific wording, it was not. Scam. A scam to make a sale on a car. A scam to make a commission off of someone who was excited. And I'm ashamed I let this dealership take advantage of me. I want to prevent it for anyone else. Scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance to see a vehicle and explained I would be traveling from two hours away. Showed up and the entire interior of the vehicle was filthy. I saw a Mercedes Benz on the lot priced at $16,800. After spending over an hour looking at the car and test driving, I decided that the Mercedes was the one I wanted. The salesman then proceeded to inform me that the price on the car was a mistake and the car was actually $3,000 more than the sign in the window. I told him I was incredibly upset about this and they told me there was no way they could honor the price. They then told me it was an "honest" mistake, but honest people and reliable dealerships sell their cars at the price they are listed for. I came here to get a new car after just graduating college as a gift to myself so that I could move to Atlanta to start my new career. Half way there our salesman called to inform us another couple was there to look at the van but he would keep us informed.(Appointment only and we made our appointment in advance). We never got any kind of communication after that so we continued the rest of the way to the dealership. I was introduced to Alex at the front desk and he said he would be right out to help us(withholding the information that the other couple was negotiating the price for the van at that minute). We looked the van over for 20min on the lot making sure theres no leaks, checking stuff out. Alex comes out and says "sorry" it just sold. I feel like we were just used as a fluffer(someone else is going to buy it if you don't) so they could sell the vehicle for more at our expense. Wasted 5+ hours of my life and 30$ worth of gas so they could make 10% more profit on a van. Dont worry they had a much more expensive van for us to look at. Lol! We purchased a car there in May for our son. After searching online we came across a Subaru Legacy that Indy Auto Man has for sale, so we proceeded to email back and forth with the salesman Alex Hankins to inquire a bit more about the vehicle before making the drive from out of state. It was stated to us that the car had passed their inspection and had no issues or lights illuminated on the dash, and that the only thing that they needed to do was replace a couple of worn tires. Upon arriving to our scheduled appointment for a test drive we noted that the TPMS sensor light was on as well as the trunk release button inside the car was missing. After our test drive Alex informed us that his service department would take a look at what was causing the light to be illuminated while we were in doing paperwork. After paperwork Alex informed us that they were not able to determine the reason for the indicator being illuminated, but assured us and showed us that the tires were in fact holding pressure. He also stated that if one or more of the sensors was bad to let them know and that they would take care of it. Also that they would order the trunk release button and have it sent to the house. Three weeks goes by and no part, no call backs, nothing. Finally I was able to catch Alex there and not with a customer and sent to his voicemail. At which point I informed him that after taking the car to Belle Tire regarding the sensors I was informed that only two of the wheels even had sensors on them (both of which are good)I was then informed by him that the service department had dropped the ball on ordering the trunk release button. Funny thing the service manager told me that Alex had dropped the ball in informing them that it needed to be ordered in the first place. Once the part arrives I open it only to find out it's the wrong part, so I just ordered it myself. Again after finally being able to reach Alex and trying to get a resolution I was told he would speak to his manager and call me back. With no return call I began calling again, was then told by the sales manager that due to the fact that the sale was over 30 days ago and the TPMS isn't causing a mechanical issue that they would do absolutely nothing to help me. Irregardless of the fact that this issue was supposed to be dealt with during paperwork and the complete lack of response to phone calls. These guys certainly live up to the old reputation of SHADY USED CAR SALESMAN! Do yourself a favor and take your business and hard earned money somewhere else. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE! Returned my call quickly. Exchanged many text and pictures with dealer as I lived 9.5 hours away. I made the long trip with a rental car, got a hotel to get my dream car. Loan approved and scheduled to pick up car Saturday morning. Salesman asked me to come in later due to his work schedule, I obliged even though I had a long drive home. When I arrived there was no parking. Salesman was friendly. Car did not look like the pictures at all! The rear bumper looked like it had been hit. The passenger side had a deep gouge out of it and the hood had deep scratches. A/C did not work. Car was filthy and not ready to be delived. These were all questions that had been asked prior to making this trip. Every picture sent the damage was creatively left out! I was deceived!! They wasted my time and money. read more

I purchased a 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Indy Auto Man in June. I live in Columbus and had worked with Burt from Indy Auto Man, who described the vehicle as "perfect". I asked him specifically how the tires were, and if the car had any issues, to which he replied no, it was a great car. I decided to move forward, I purchased the car in early June and had it delivered to my house shortly after purchase. After receiving the car, it had some cosmetic blemishes, which I wasn't too concerned with, as it is a 4 year old car. However, after driving the car, something was seriously wrong. I took it to my local Lexus dealer for an inspection, all 4 tires needed replaced, the rears were at 2/32nds, and the front were severely cupped and made a horrendous noise, as well as being incredibly unsafe. Additionally, the front differential gasket had to be replaced due to it leaking, there was differential oil all over the underside of the car, this wasn't a slight leak, the gasket had failed completely and the differential was empty. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, except in order to get to this gasket, the entire motor has to be removed from the vehicle. Due to safety concerns, I had no choice but to move forward with the repairs and the new set of tires. Total cost for this was $2,700 after tax. I called Indy Auto Man, seeing that they had great reviews and hoping that they would help me with the repair costs. I followed up every couple of days for over a month. I was dealing directly with Burt, who said he was not the guy to talk to on this, as well as his sales manager, Dmitry, neither seemed particularly willing or happy to help after the sale was done. I was finally called by a customer relations person, they offered me a whopping $300 as a sign of good faith, not a very big sign if you ask me. Do yourself a favor and either stay completely away from this place, or make sure you take the car you're interested in to an actual reputable dealer to get inspected. Good customer service but terrible work done in the auto repair shop on my vehicle. Dropped off SUV for a basic tune up and it was performing worse than I could've imagined after picking it up. The worse part is that they tried to play it off and stated that it was the same after work but that wasn't the case. Turns out that they installed bad spark plugs and now state it needs additional work but I'm not giving them one more cent, I will however, warn others to avoid these "backyard mechanics" in a fancy shop. Go elsewhere like to DeBauns in Greenwood instead. read more

If I could give less I would. While the sales staff was decent, the car was junk, have had it seven weeks with less than 3k miles driven. 4000 dollars of band aided repairs uncovered ALL of which should have been fixed in order to make it road worthy, the tie rod ends and ball joints were so bad that the mechanic said I was lucky not to have lost a wheel on my way home. I still do not have a memorandum title. My temp tag is expired and I can't drive it (two reasons) ball joints etc AND not plates. After no less than 5 messages to the help and 8 phone calls I am still no closer to getting it than I was a week ago. I have never met a bunch of incompetent title staff in my entire life. I have never been ripped off to such a degree. If you want to get screwed go here. read more

Very impersonable dealership. Man would barely get off his phone to show us a car. Car tires were bald and looked to have been submerged in water and brought back to life. I thought this place was a great place to go when needing a truck/car. Turns out, i was wrong. I go in on Monday February, 18 to get a truck; everything was going good until i went home. I had TWO people working on my case, Lisa G. and Brittany. NOT ONE could give me a call the whole week. I spent my WHOLE WEEK trying to hear back from these gals but stayed ignoring me. I tried to call EVERYDAY but still couldnt get ahold of them. It got to the point to when i had to ask for the MANAGER (Bill) to check up on his workers bcuz i couldnt hear anything from the gals. I even put $400 down the FIRST DAY just to hold a truck for me but still ignored me like if i didnt give them anything. You would think these type of people would want to help you and see that your serious about getting a vhecile, instead they took my 400 and tried to ignore me. Finally i had to ask the MANAGER AGAIN to refund my money bcuz they were no help. F*** these people. read more

Buyers beware- if you do not possess a high level of knowledge about cars and potential problems, stay away. They use the phrase "inspected by a certified mechanic" to imply that 1) any issues have been fixed, and 2) that the car has no issues and the staff is educated on the condition of each vehicle. Neither is true. I was there with my husband recently and found several vehicles with major issues that would be costly to repair, but they were priced as though they were in great condition. We saw major( and I mean MAJOR) coolant leaks, transmission issues, and even found some that had obviously been sitting in water for extended periods of time (severely rusted undercarriage not proportional to the age of the vehicle). The staff acted as though the issues were minor, and pressed us to look at other vehicles. This place is a trap waiting for an unsuspecting victim. Either do your research before you go to this dealership, or just stay away. read more

BEWARE, Don't buy from this dealership, I recently purchased a vehicle from them and live in Ohio. We negotiated a price and it was supposed to be out the door. I get home and try to title the vehicle and the title office tells me I owe another 495 in sales tax. I tried calling numerous times until finally the sales manager called me and told me that they didn't take out my county tax and was never informed about that when buying the vehicle. Needless to say they did nothing to remedy the problem, and definitely don't deal with Madison, she was the sales rep who never returned my calls or even answered her phone when the receptionist told me she was sitting at her desk. Bunch of liars. As far as the reply post, if local tax wasn't taken out someone should of told me that, especially when the negotiated price was OTD. 5 hrs is how long I waited, 6 phone calls, 1 text and never heard back from Madison, so don't give me that line of BS. read more

I contacted the dealer about an 06 Dodge Ram diesel. I live in Florida I managed to get some additional pictures and liked what I saw. I was informed that all of the vehicles are inspected To verify they are ready to go. I spoke with a sales man for a few days and decided to jump on a plane and go see it. Seems crazy to fly that far to buy a truck but it seemed like an unbeatable deal. I looked around the truck and liked it so we went for a drive. After the drive a decided to take one more look under the truck. That is when it all went down hill. The water pump was leaking. Yes not a huge deal they could fix it up pretty quick. The issue was that what was coming out was no where near coolant. It was thick brown rusty sludge it was obvious it had been leaking for a very long time and has had nothing but water to top it off. The sales man Juan continued to try to assure me it was fine. But it was not fine I removed the radiator cap to find a empty radiator. Now I'm wondering if it has been over heated. By the way this was a CUMMINS truck. Diesel engines are very expensive to rebuild. At this point I'm wondering what else is hiding on this fully inspected serviced ready to roll truck. It is painfully obvious that they did not inspect this truck they didn't even remove the radiator cap. I convinced them to let me look at it while they had it up on the lift. The issues continued to show. The drives front brake caliper was seeping fluid. It had incorrect cam bolts in the lower a arms with large nuts acting as spacers due to them being the wrong size. They put after market wheels and tires on the truck that turned out to be the complete wrong offset for the truck I could hardly turn it the parking lot without it rubbing front and back of the wheel wells. I also found a piece or rubber and some hose clamps on a steel heater hose trying to seal a pin hole leak. Mean while all they had to say was it seems fine and it's not a big deal. I would absolutely not recommend this dealer to anyone. I am a mechanic myself I see people get screwed by dealers like this all the time. I don't understand how these people sleep at night. To top it all off I initially put a 500 dollar deposit on the truck that was supposedly refunded it has been 6 days and has not shown on my account I will be contacting my bank and the dealer tomorrow. I warn anyone that thinks about dealing with these crooks to look real hard and think real hard about what they are doing. Don't let the sorry people at Indy Auto Man take advantage of you. read more

They simply did not want to sell me a car. Saw a car on their website that I was interested in, and completed the online credit app for pre-approval. No contact after two days so I called. Although I received and email acknowledgment of the application, they said they never received it. Assuming some sort of technology error, I went to the dealership, test drove the car, and completed a new application. Salesman came back and said based on my credit score, I would need a downpayment that was about half the cost of the car. Told him I could do it, and then he changed his story a bit and said he wasn't sure if that was even possible. It was pretty clear at that point that he didn't want to sell me a car. Been buying cars for many years and I know how hard good salespeople work if they really want your business, especially if you have a large downpayment. My credit got ruined in a business deal a few years back, but have purchased four cars since then, and know financing can be secured for me under certain conditions. I left and went to another dealership. New dealer ran my credit and got me in a similar car at the same price with a downpayment that was less than half of what Indy Auto Man suggested. We ended up buying two cars for the same amount down I was willing to pay for one car at Indy Auto Man. Sent my son to the other dealership and he is also picking up a new car today. Just a little more effort and desire for my business would have resulted in at least two cars sold for Indy Auto Man. I would stay away. read more
