We were visiting friends in this area and read they have disco skating g on Friday. It was the perfect thing to do for 6 busy kids! This place is very beginner unfriendly, no first aid kits where injuries are common, bad condition of ice having many cracks, and no protection gear at all. The shoes suck and they expect you to buy equipment from other places, being named "#1" in Indiana and not even being able to take care of your rinks properly. Anyone who is new to skating do NOT come here, extremely unsafe. read more

My friend paid for parking through an app and this location outsources to "Parking Revenue Recovery Services" (PRRS). They sent me a notice of noncompliance and I have appealed and shown that the parking was purchased but the app used her license plate and not mine and they still have told me they will boot my car anytime I park at their location it's been over a week, and I have left messages and voicemails. I am currently on hold no for 56 minutes and nothing. ***Update. as of 04/02/2025, Gabriel B reached out to me via email to resolve this dispute and it was finally removed after previously dealing with hours of frustrating wait times and multiple calls. The match and environment were fun and it was a good time. I will have to leave it at 3 stars until they get a better monitoring company for parking. read more

A large sized ice skating rink. We came here to watch the Winter Club perform and then got to skate for a bit after. The staff were alright but not super friendly. I'm not a skater so I just watched and everyone seemed to respect each other's space. read more

i come here quite often and 90% of the time the manager is very rude or the fairly large fella with a receding hairline with white balding hair not sure what position he is in but he is very rude every-time I'm here for no apparent reason, his co workers seem to see it to by apologizing for him. read more

Night time open skating is good.. do not get rentals they'll either give you tow left skates or two right skates no matter how many times you get different ones... Ice is well maintained. read more

We've come here for a few open skate sessions, had a child's birthday party here, and my 10-year-old is currently taking beginner skating lessons here as well. It's a very nice, a clean venue, and the employees and skating instructors are all very friendly. I do feel like it's a bit of an expensive outing once you pay for the open skate and skate rental for everyone, but it's comparable to what you'd pay at a bowling alley or something similar. They seem to keep the class sizes small for skating lessons, which allows them to give each child a lot of individual instruction. read more

This is a great place to play hockey..... but bring a blanket if you will be in the stands!!! We spend SO much time at this rink and I'm glad it's a nice one. They've recently have had difficulties with the restrooms, but they are working to correct that. They also have a fantastic cafe for food and even beer! read more

I showed up at 6 am for a stick and puck and no employee was here to unlock the place.

When I first arrived to Fuel tank, located at 9022 E 126th St in Fishers IN, it was very open check in wasvisible and accessible, there were places able to sit and eat, and many people available for assistance. Lightning was bright, rooms were open, and plus the bathrooms were clean! Fuel tank is open for all people 24/7. It is a great place for friends to hangout, families to come,and create great memories in general. Something that I personally love about Fuel tank, is the glow nights. The glow nights aren't just a place for you and friends to hangout it's also a place to create new friends. On glow nights you can go get your skates and head to the ring for a fun night with colored lights and music, which you can request songs. Fuel tank is normally packed, which shows that its loved by many. Most importantly skating is not to expensive. To skate the cost is 9 dollars plus 3 dollars for skates, leaving you at 12 dollars for a few hours to skate and have fun. You can pay with both cash and credit, which can be useful, get your wristband, and get your skates. When you go to get your skates someone will help you asking for size, and Fuel tank has a wide variety of skates, so you don't have to worry about that! Not only is Fuel tank an exhilarating place, they have everything. If you are someone who struggles to skate, they provide buckets you can use to your advantage. One thing I never have to worry about is food, they have both a concession stand thing that sells pizza, pretzels, nachos, hotdogs, chips, and many drinks at reasonable prices, including 2 vending machines. That all comes with quite a few welcoming teen employees who are willing to help you and even talk to you if wanted. Fuel tank is a place to skate, but also a place to sign up for hockey and figure skating. You can join teams and even get private lessons. All you have to do is sign up! Even though the ice is used many times, Fuel tank never fails to clean the ice. You walk in with smooth and bright white ice very time. Fuel tank has many things including a shop with their brand selling, clothing, items for skating, and other trinkets. There is a gym upstairs at Fuel tank that can be used by members who feel the need to use it. If you don't think you should go to Fuel tank after all that, you're CRAZY! Fuel tank has been a spectacular place for me to go and just have fun. Let go of everything and enjoy life. I 10/10 recommend you going there to create your own memories. my kids got kicked out by a "short dude" well atleast that's how this so called manager was explained to me, he kicked my kids out for "speeding" and playing around with eachother, this manager yelled at my kids and told them to "get the hell out" when thye asked why why they got kicked out in the first place... I would give this place a zero if I could, there is no reason to treat customers this way and if a boss bight up from manager would like to call me they can. read more

Really like facility with two rinks and open calendar for stick and puck. People at the front are always friendly and willing to open the pro shop if needed. Wish they carried a little more in the prop shop but that's about it. read more

The staff at the front counter and skate counter were rude and unprofessional. After 1 hour of public skating, the ice needed cleaning. With MANY people coming off the ice because of the conditions, I went to ask if they clear the ice. I was rudely told by a woman at the skate rental that "no, we don't clean the ice." I tried to explain the conditions and that people were getting injured, but she turned away from me and went to put some away some skates. Management, try teaching your staff some manners. read more

The Forum at Fishers is a great place to catch a ... (pause) ..... Roller Derby Bout! Home of the Circle City Derby Girls' Socialites and Party Crashers, the Race City Rebels as well as the Indianapolis Junior Roller Derby, you may catch Flat Track Women's Derby, Men's Derby or Junior Derby! It's a full night of watching real athletic action on skates! These events are great for families (including kids of all ages), dates, even if you want to hang out by yourself. In the winter or even in the summer on the other rink is hockey and other ice sports. I'm not too familiar with all of that. If I had more time, maybe I'd learn to play hockey- It looks fun :) The facility is nice. There is a pro shop, a concession stand and two hockey rinks. Beware of the wild flushing toilets, they don't really know when to stop flushing. It's located behind the YMCA, so it's a bit hard to see, but it's back there. Although it's really far north for most people, it's super close to the interstate, so it's not so bad ;) read more

We purchased a two hour ice skating session on Groupon but the place was packed so we only stayed for about an hour. Lots of kids but the rink was well kept and the skates were comfy. Overall, decent experience. read more

Today was my second time at the rink for Stick and Puck. The first time, some older kids we playing a pick up game on one half, which is against the rules, and that wasn't enforced by the staff even when a little kid got bowled over. The second time, I paid and went to the locker room to change. Ten minutes later I went out to the ice about 5 minutes before the start time. There were no nets on the ice. I went back to the front desk to ask for help getting the nets out, and 0 of the 3 people there earlier were gone, with a sign that said "Be back in 10 minutes." I went back and started getting the nets out myself. Adrian came out of nowhere. I said "Hi," but he ignored me and played on his phone for a bit, then opened the doors. I tried to help him, he told me to get on the ice, and that he got it. He put the net on the ice and left. I had to put the net in place, and it was five minutes past the start time at this point. About halfway through the session (I was the only one there) another staff member came out and just threw the other net onto the ice, right near where I was skating. I pushed it to center ice. THEN, a kid goalie and his coach came out to the other end of the ice, and were practicing there. But soon after, another kid goalie came out and took the net I was shooting at, which left me to skate around center ice and just shoot the puck at the boards, mostly for the last 45 minutes (one of the coaches was kind enough to let me shoot at the night while a kid took a break...) After, I went to the front desk to ask about getting half of my money back, but there was no one in sight, and a sign that said, "Be back in 10 minutes." I love the ice, and I love how much they offer stick and puck, but I was frustrated with the rude staff, and that I paid for ice time and got kicked aside by private lessons, especially when the other rink was empty. read more

Not impressed. An employee walked out and yelled at me and my friends when we were trying to play the hockey video game which was broken but had no sign to show this. He said "either leave or go watch the hockey game". Very unprofessional especially because it was kids trying to have fun. Ruined my night. I'm not mad just disappointed. read more

After calling several times and no one ever answers the phone to cancel the gym membership I keep getting charged $80 a month. Highway robbery for my son to get training for lacrosse season. They keep charging my card and no one will ever call back. The worst customer service ever. read more

The Forum os now called the Fuel Tank. Its newly remodeled and very nice inside. We had a hockey tournament here last weekend. There was zero concessions available..if you have several kids make sure you pack snacks. read more

Don't waste your time! There are other rinks in Carmel, Westfield, Columbus, and Indy. I also understand theere are a couple more nearby but I haven't been to them yet. This place is SO disorganized for public skating and hockey. We stopped going to the public skates because you had to wait 20 mins to get your skates, 20 mins to return them, and they don't resurface the ice prior to the skate. For youth hockey. there are volunteers who run it (and do an excellent job). However the rink manager is obnoxious and rude to the parents. I've seen several times where he has openly insulted the rink's customers. This is not cool. For a more enjoyable time, try any one of the other rinks. read more
