I do have a Lennox system installed and I was pleasantly surprised it is still under the warranty at least for the parts and this guys would take care of the issue. Also the only other company who agreed to have a look were those fellows in pink trucks and oh boy....they charged me like $90 to diagnose what system already self-diagnosed and the only assistance offered was cleaning flame sensor and advising me to keep sucking out the water case it overfills again. However the tech guy left me with same error I expected him to fix. I was very impressed that Carter had all the tools and knowledge to test the system and parts most likely to cause the issue and that the part was promptly ordered. I would prefer them to service our system simply because they know what they are doing and are professional when it comes to the long lost art of communication.

They provided a detailed bid, with parts needed and hours for the installation, all at a reasonable price. They showed up at exactly the time stated and worked hard for the two days of installation. Due to needing to reroute the inside water heater fuse box, they had to come back for two additional short periods. They did not charge us for the extra hours beyond the quoted price. Fair price, good work, excellent company to work with. And really nice guys, too. Other companies that gave us bids were extremely high with no details. One didn't even come to the house, just gave a number on the phone.

I have hired other companies and they tend to nickel and dime you or upsell you with a basic offer of $49 for the drain cleaning it ended up at $700 from past experience. At first Chris was very polite and gave me an estimate for…read morethe work I needed done. I paid in full up front. He sent three apprentices over to do the work. They failed to wire a light and ceiling fan properly. their mistake was not corrected and the Sheetrock and dry wall guys did their job and the mistake was buried under the finished ceiling. When I told Chris about it he said there was really no way to fix the problem other than installing a remote control light switch at the other end of the room. it took him about a month to get around to putting the remote control box in. He then charged me an additional $85 for the box and even more for the installation. I explained that there shouldn't be a charge since they were at fault. He then broke out his phone and said that I had requested the for that light and ceiling fan to not be at all operational. I got tired of trying to argue my point and paid him the extra charge for a botched job. i would not recommend Epic electric to anyone. Shoddy work with no attempt to make things right. I would take this review down if he refunds my money. Until then I would advise people not to hire them for residential work. Not happy
