They were the only ones who could come out after midnight. The two men who came out were considerate, they didn't want to open one of my window screens for the pump because of how the window was installed, so they brought the pump downstairs. It did take them about two hours to come out, but given how late it was I understand that. By the time they got here the flooding had reached beyond the door frame to the laundry room. They unclogged the drain, and said there was a black mystery sludge in it that they haven't seen before, which isn't super reassuring, but it's working now. They did not help get rid of the standing water in the basement and told me to squeegee it to the drain, which I can't do because of my foot, so I'll have to find a friend to help me in the morning. All and all I'm happy. We paid in full and the invoice only shows their mileage, which is weird, it also is prompting me to pay again. On top of that the date is like 1,080 years in the future which is weird. I do wish they could have helped dry out the basement but I get why they didn't, and I wish I could have got a corrected invoice but they said they'd have their office lady call me in the morning about it, so I guess we will see how that goes and if I need to update the review

I've lowered my overall review from a month ago. Don't get me wrong, I'm still very satisfied with…read morethe service guys that came into my home to inspect and install a new furnace. But overall I've become disappointed with their service. Customer service is null and void. I'm not even sure they have a customer service. I've been from sales associate, who was very honest seeming to the furnace installation guy. But now they have sent in an inspector to check the overall installation and safety. Not exactly OSHA but, not even sure who the guy works for? So he came in to look at and inspect the furnace in November. He did a thorough job, seemed to take his time, took a few photos checked for gas leaks, flame and air lines and leaks. He said when the flame kicks on it does so with a forceful whoosh.. I told him that yes...it is very noticeable and that it sounds like someone opening up the front door. At first it was scary and disturbing. At first, Right Now Heating and Air was very interested in our satisfaction with the unit. They called me (once) to see if everything was working good and up to par. I mentioned at that time about the forceful sound it makes when flaming up. They asked if I'd like someone to come check it out. I told them not at this time but possibly later. Now this inspector notices the issue and brings it up. The inspector also noticed that we don't have any carbon monoxide monitors. He promised that he would have Right Now Heating and Air bring us a couple of CO2 monitors when they come to fix the issue. It's now the end of December and I have not heard anything from them yet. I've texted 3 times asking them when they would be coming. They say "soon".
