They were able to fit me in, helps me decide on the right tint for my needs, and quickly got the job done. They provided me instructions on how to care from my windows. They gave me plenty information to make an educated decision on what I should be getting on my car. I'm not familiar with window tinting at all. I wasn't in a huge rush but also wanted to get tint done on my 4Runner as soon as possible and through the quick responsive back and forth communication I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of initially reaching out. I went with 35 on front and 20 on the rear and I couldn't be happier with the results of it. Immediately after getting my car back, Sheldon took the time to explain the drying time and warranty on the tint. There is a Lifetime warranty!! He also mentioned if there are any issues after the drying period to just bring it back and they'll take care of it.
