To preface, I park outdoors in the blazing hot sun for my job daily. After purchasing a new car this year, my aunt suggested I get my car ceramic coated from Pristine. Also, they were super accommodating of my schedule and could take the car in that week! When I dropped it off, the associate was very friendly. A day later, I picked up my car. A couple days after that, I also came back to pick up their spray, and the manager there was so, so very nice! After about a month~month and a half, I am SO extremely happy with the results! I am able to easily wipe off tree sap and bird droppings SO easily with just a microfiber cloth and water! It glides right off! Everywhere I go, my car looks SO shiny and brand new! I recently brought my car in for a ceramic coating and everything looked incredible - even better than I expected. They even surprised me with a free interior detail. When I picked up my car, it was spotless, gleaming under the moonlight like something out of a commercial. About a week later, I noticed a few minor fallout spots that had accidentally been coated over. On Oahu, this is usually the point where businesses dodge calls, shift blame, or disappear altogether. My car seats looked/smelled horrible with passengers spilling drinks/food ....not my passengers but grown kids passengers!!! Pristine came out to me (Extra $20 charge) and detailed the interior of my car and also washed the outside of my car....and was nice and detailed in their work an had the car looking new. I don't post many reviews but this one was certainly warranted. Called last minute and Joe was able to accommodate me on very short notice. He then arrived promptly as scheduled. We discussed the services available and he clearly confirmed the work as well as my expectations. He then asked where to park his truck, where to wash my van and asked if it was okay to use the hose and power outlet etc, I thought this was so professional and considerate going about their business! The results? My van is a 2013 and it has never been this clean and shiny since the day I bought it! I've tried many detail shops in the past and they usually miss a spot here and there but not these guys, they went over and above with the work! When I bought a used 2019 Honda Fit, I didn't realize there was really bad bird etching (as in to the point where I would have to repaint the car). I'm very new to cars and had no idea what to even do. Joe was very responsive and patient with me while we were communicating. I think it must have took weeks to decide. He even came out to my house just to check out the car and provide me with an accurate quote without any pressure. I must say I admire Joe's knowledge/passion about cars and I appreciate his honesty. He told me couldn't completely correct the bird etching, but that he could make it less noticeable. The part that really sealed my trust in him though? He asked me if I was going to use the car for a long time. When I responded with yes, he advised me that I should wait until it's really bad to spend a lot of money to redo the paint on the car. He explained to me what he could do for the detail job, and how it would help slow down the damage from the etching. This solidified my belief that he truly cares about cars and the customer. When he came to do the job, he did exactly what he said he would do, for a reasonable price. He was also very professional in letting me know he was running a little bit late because he was coming straight from another job. (He and his team work so hard!)
