My windshield cracked from a pebble or something while I was driving. Got several estimates and Bernard's was not only the cheapest, but he's mobile, so I wouldn't even have to go anywhere to get my windshield fixed whereas some places were telling me I had to leave my car for 2 days. Bernard arrived on time for our scheduled time and it started raining. He wasn't able to do the work because the sealant couldn't get wet. I got referred to affordable auto glass by good friend of mine. The day that I called I kind of called at the end of the day around five 6 PM. Bernard answered on the first time of calling told me that she was finish working for the day already, but we were able to schedule for the next day at 8:15 AM in the morning. She notified me at 8:10 stating that he was almost to my place. He got there promptly at 8:15 and was able to get the job done. I had a small crack on the lower part of my windshield that was smaller than the size of a quarter. So I was driving home actually it was my husband driving home and a small rock hit his front windshield on his Tahoe. One day later a small crack turned into a very large crack across the windshield. I went to multiple places, including the dealerships as well as Safelite. All were telling me one to two days for a replacement since they were so backed up. But not Bernard! He conveniently texted me and got me a quote as well as a calibration for my Tahoe, a couple hundred dollars less than what I was quoted at Safelite and almost $700 less than what I was quoted at the dealership It was super quick had great availability and also came to my house and did the repair and recalibration in about one hour. Great service. They were able to come to my home in Aiea to replace my shattered windshield. Quote was significantly cheaper than safelite or ace auto and had more flexibility for scheduling. The others would say they come between 9-5 while Affordable auto gave me a hour timeframe. Only took a couple hours max. Cost $350 for a Isuzu rodeo/honda passport (they're the same car). Other places quoted me around $ They did a great job, my roof was kinda rusting on top but they installed it no problems.
