Highly recommend for those in the area, even in July! A little far from town via rideshare, but easily accessible with a car. Look out for the Galapagos tortoise.

They have these tlacoyos stuffed with bean, cheese, chorizo, jalapeño and other goodies. Their tortillas come in spinach, nopal, chipotle, habanero, flax seed and cilantro. They also have interior style tamales beans, chicken with mole, spinach, mushrooms, etc... They have Veracruzanos, Oaxaqueño and yucateco style tamales. They are all natural, no lard, no preservatives and all hand made. Worth a trip to the library. They are also at the Pharrmer's Market in Pharr on thursdays.
