This companies inexperienced appraisers compared my brand new house to 3 other houses in the area that are over 15 years old. Of course there is going to be a price difference when you are comparing my new house to houses that are over decade old, houses that need to be gutted and remodeled, houses that have tile countertops and vinyl floors.
