Infinite Maintenance and Cleaning saved our closing day! We initially hired them to do a property turnover and cleaning before listing our rental property in Boise. They did a wonderful job, and our house sold in less than 48 hours after it went on the market. We sent over the list of buyer demands for repairs and they were able to get them all done within our 10 business day timeline. The inspector approved all repairs and simply asked that we install a bit more insulation in the attic. My sweet husband got up there to comply and ended up tripping and falling through the ceiling and into the hallway about 6 hours before our closing appointment! (He was OK, just shaken up.) Our first call was to our real estate agent and our second call was to Infinite Maintenance. Molly listened to my panicked plea for help, and her first question was, "Is your husband OK?" Once she found out he was fine, she proceeded to make a plan to help us ASAP. The crew fixed the hole in the ceiling first thing the following day, and they got the invoice documentation to us as soon as they could. Not only did this allow the funding to go through on time, but since it was a Friday, the new buyers were able to start moving in that weekend instead of waiting until the following week.
