When looking for Army Uniforms this is the place. From new to used, alterations and the list goes…read moreon. With all the services that they offer under one roof it's hard to mention them all. It's really a one stop shop for those that need their uniforms done in a professional manner. Their team is very knowledgeable in all the departments from having your Class A's to regular OCP's. If you need an award they do that too. For the most part I find myself going in to see their revolving stock.l especially on the used items. With units coming and going training coming and going there are some natural fluctuations in inventory. I think this is expected due to the nature of the business. It's a lot better option than an online order when you can try it on and talk to a real person. This is something that's appreciated when you are really in a niche business.

Went in to pick it up and it was already bubbling and peeling. I paid $75 plus tax and was told it would be fixed that day. Well another week went by and still not done ! This is what has been done ! Was given many excuses! This is what I picked up today ... totally disappointed in them and will not return or recommend!!!

The quality of the shirts are garbage, they shrink about 2 sizes over time. The owner "Jeff Shannon" has deleted every negative review from his Facebook page. The absolute deal breaker for me was Jeff's comment to me on 12/31/18 that he thinks that most Veterans that claim to have PTSD are faking it and only claiming it for the money. Being a veteran and having first hand experience with friends dealing with PTSD and this coming from someone who never served disturbs me.

A guy near by then said no they are ready. The lady didn't even want to see it they were ready. She had the worst attitude I've ever heard. She was very impatient and was not approachable. Definitely need to work on their customer care! Kudos to the guy in the back that was willing to help.

I called back and she answered the phone again, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I dropped off the copy on Tues., Matt cleaned it up, centered the ads, added graphics, etc. and had a proof for me while I waited. The books were done later that day. The quality is excellent and the price was extremely reasonable which helped with this fund raiser. We won't have the Convention again for a while but we will be getting our letterhead, envelopes and any posters there. Very, very worth the short drive to Oriskany Falls from Verona.
