Ekada Photobooth's prints are top notch and they customized the quantity of prints per session so that 1) everyone would have a copy and 2) they printed off an extra copy of every strip for me. One of my favorite memories of our wedding day was hanging out with my MOH after the wedding and looking at her photo strips and laughing/crying over all the funny moments. I only wish I made it into more photos myself :) Communication was a breeze - Savannah responded quickly to each message and also helped customize a photo strip template, combining two different styles that we liked from the templates on her website. Planning a destination wedding was kind of a challenge, in the sense that we didn't exactly give Savannah clear instructions about where to set up, but magically she figured it out and the photobooth setup was perfect. I also got several (unsolicited) comments from friends that the lighting was on point and that the photobooth photos were super flattering. She has had experience both in front of and behind the camera and ensures that her customers feel comfortable throughout the planning process and during their event. Savannah has also familiarized herself with a large demographic of customers, which include children's parties, bachelorette, birthday, corporate, and weddings. She always aims to impress and goes above and beyond for her customers. For example, she had purchased extra props to use for our NYE photobooth despite my last minute request. In addition, Savannah is continually updating her photo booth templates and backdrops so her customers have a variety of options to choose from to make their event as customizable as possible. With regards to the photo booth itself, the setup is quite fast and simple. It does not take up as much space as other photo booths I've seen. In addition, the quality of the photos are incomparable. A concern I had from prior photo booth experiences was the printing time. Ekada Photobooth not only eliminates this wait time (photo strips are printed within seconds!), but it offers GIF images to be sent directly to your phone through SMS text. This is perfect for those who would like to share their pictures immediately on Instagram. I can only praise Savannah for her professionalism and talent. In the beginning we stated we only needed 1 hour since my daughter had to check in for her graduation ceremony an hour later. The time was supposed to be 1 to 2 but when we were ready to end the session he pushed to do his ideas which we stated we didn't want in the beginning. Despite being in a rush, we then decided to let him do his idea out of respect since we worked with him before, not knowing we would be charged in full for being polite and letting him use his artistic vision. He stated since we were "well into the second hour" he would be charging us for the full hour. We paid $400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes well above standard rates. Although we thought it was too much for barely an hour and a half of photos we still paid in full and even gave a $50 tip, trusting and expecting professional results in return. However, the photos we received were poorly edited and far below the quality we were promised. When we politely voiced our concerns about the quality (not the payment) he chose to post about it on social media, misrepresenting the situation and asking his followers to weigh in rather than addressing the real issue: the lack of quality in the final work. Rather than responding back in order for us to work out a solution, he ignores the emails and responds by posting on social media. When we voiced how we didn't appreciate taking a private matter between a client and photographer to social media he ghosted us and blocked us on everything. Instead of focusing on social media drama, we would have appreciated more professionalism, better communication, and, most importantly, quality work. Sadly, we won't be working with him again and wouldn't recommend him based on this experience.

After struggling through the last 19 months I decided my family was ready to brave taking family pics. The photographer I have used for years had moved so I went looking for a new photographer, which is how I found Jeni Vincent Photography. I was super excited to get these pictures done. I paid for an hour, got 45 minutes. We went to Calico Basin at Red Rock. It was a gorgeous fall day, the leaves on the trees were bright yellow and stood out beautifully against the Red Rock landscape. None of our pictures captured any of that beauty. We were told to stand in areas where the landscape background was washout greens and whites. I was hopeful of one shot where we stood on a platform between the beautiful yellow trees, but the final product you don't even see the trees we are surrounded by and the background is so overly edited that you can't even make out what we were standing in front of. When I got the final product I immediately reached out to her regarding the pics as everyone with myself in if was at such a poor angle that my double chin looked as if I had no neck. I asked if she could edit that and was told No. I then reached out to my old photographer (who shoots New York fashion week, and miss universe every year) and asked if I could pay him for edit the pics. He told me to send him the worst one. I went into Dropbox and found the worst one. Seconds after receiving it he told me so sorry there is no amount of editing that can or will fix poor lighting and poor angles and that's exactly what happened with my photos. I was advised to reach out to my Jeni and request a refund being professional photos were not what I received. When I emailed Jeni advising her I was not able to get it edited and would like a refund, she responded sighting she does not issue refunds. Then she sighted the money was for the hour she took taking my photos (which was only 45 mins) and then the 3 hours she used to edit them. She then went further to say that she had done additional edits that she normally charges $15 a photo for. Those edits can I just say are just as bad as the originals. So here I am out $250 for professional photos I can't even hang on the wall. Personally speaking, any photographer or artist should stand behind their work. I paid for professional photos, from a professional photographer. A professional photographer would know what angles and lighting to use that flatters all body types, however this photographer is not a professional, but she is charging professional prices... If you want quality photos I suggest you take your business elsewhere to a professional photographer.

Cortez Media based off of their previous wedding videos as well as great competitive rates. It was the BEST decision I could have made! We met beforehand to go over what we wanted the video to represent. They listened to me and answered all my questions. They day before the wedding, they went to the wedding rehearsal as it was in a church and had to follow many church rules. I was very impressed they took the initiative to become prepared for the actual ceremony itself. During the wedding day they worked hard ALL day. Fortunately, W. Cortez Media is not bound by a time limit, as some videographers are in the area. They were with us ALL day, from getting ready all the way to the last dance. They captured every detail imaginable. Even more important, they were FUN to be around! A great surprise was that they used a drone in our video, which gave the video that WOW factor! The video itself (1 min highlight video for social media and full video) was more than I could have imagined. It had my family in tears when they first saw it - including my husband and myself!
