Amanda was super friendly and walked us through her process and ideas and asked my husband and I for more details on our answers from the survey that was submitted prior to the appointment (this is how she puts together the color scheme, props and outfits). Amanda was friendly and conversational throughout the photo shoot and would show us some of the pictures taken which were all adorable! She made the experience stress-free for us new parents and had yummy candy available since it was a long session. We just received the link for the gallery photos and oh my gosh they are absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier with the results. Amanda is incredibly talented; her composite artwork is truly beautiful and fun (those photos were some of my favorites)! She has great deals/packages for purchasing all of the photos along with other items like a canvas or prints. We found her pricing to be extremely fair and honestly, completely worth every single penny. I see that the lower reviews complain about Amanda's demeanor and customer service. Remember that when a person is at the top of their field, sometimes their tolerance for ignorance goes down. I don't mind a little bit of gruff when the professional is highly talented. If you need to be babied as a customer, maybe this isn't the right studio?
