Other store locations immediately understood what I needed but explained they couldn't assist because their manager wasn't available. Tyler, however, refused to help outright, showed no interest in understanding the issue, had a very poor attitude, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. As a Pro Partner, this level of dismissiveness and lack of basic customer service was extremely disappointing.

The floatie was too big to blow up manually so I searched for other solutions. I called this Leslie Pool Supply location and was immediately assisted by Cheryl. I explained my pickle and asked if they had an air compressor at the store that could inflate my floatie, letting them know I'd happily pay for the help. When I arrived, they were so kind that they insisted I didn't pay for the help even though I hadn't purchased anything from their store. Woke to No water, called GSW twice, first person told me there was a planned outage at an address…read more5+ miles away from me. Did not know anything else. Hung up, second person said my bill was paid. Really. Finally with a lot of prodding and after he placed me on hold for 15 minutes he said they were replacing a valve. No ETA, No phone call letting the neighborhood know. No supervisor available. No credit for the inconvenience. Then when the call is over he does not hang up, he puts me back on hold so I can't do the survey. Sad to have no choices and you get what you get in a company.

Wasn't having any problems with Primo, they were fine. Then late Spring of 2025 Primo merged with another company, ReadyRefresh, to become Primo Brands. Ever since then, they've been a raging dump fire. Their web site/app doesn't work at times and I have trouble with it. I paid them last month, I have a confirmation email from them with a transaction ID, and now I find they have no record of it. Turns out checking the bank account, they never processed it and now I'm going to have to fight them about a late fee that I wouldn't have gotten. They also repeatedly have show up on days I wasn't expecting them and NOT shown up on days their website says they were coming. No wonder the delivery driver I spoke to a few weeks ago said he was losing multiple customers frequently (I forget if he said daily or weekly). I will be cancelling, so add me to that list.
