If you actually care about your vehicles paint and the condition after being detailed then i highly recommend to avoid. My car is black and i noticed several high swirls in the paint from there drying towels. Also my wheels were poorly cleaned, they had left over combined wheel cleaner and brake dust that would not come off after drying on. Moral of the story is the $30+ dollar car was cost me a $200 dollar professional exterior buff and wheel polish to get my vehicle looking good again.

The level of detail on the cleaning is top notch, as they get every nook and cranny, pocket, drawer, under, over, you name it. We come here several times a year for our minivan, as it can get messy with three kids, sports, activities, and road trips. We have the nice WeatherTech floor mats throughout and they clean those too! During the winter, when the clean out the car and we let them know we're on the way to pick it up, they will let the engine run to get the car warm for us. We were also borrowing a relative's car while we were looking for a new vehicle. It was an Acura MDX that had a faulty trunk release. We even took it to the shop to see if they could fix it and they said it would cost over $300. When we brought the Acura to Expert Hand Car Wash, we let them know that the trunk wouldn't open, so don't worry about cleaning it. The owner said that they could get it open and it wouldn't cost extra. Sure enough, when we came to pick it up, it was completely fixed! No extra charge! We've had our cars detailed at other local shops and the pricing here is comparable if not less expensive... but for the service and the quality, it's worth every penny coming here. We also tend to tip generously because we are always impressed with the quality and speed.

I'm honestly getting sick and tired of companies charging a 3% surcharge for purchases made with a…read morecredit card... especially when they suggest that I can "save 3%" by using a debit card. I've been a customer here for almost a decade, but I am FIRMLY committed to no longer doing business with anywhere that charges this 3% fee instead of simply including it in their prices. Also, the 3% surcharge is not mentioned anywhere on the written estimate I was given, and wasn't point out until after the work was done and I was about to pay. Then, after I indicated that I wasn't happy, I was told by the guys working the desk that EVERY shop in the area is doing this. So I decided to call, and after 5 shops that are all within 1 mile of this shop, literally NONE of them are doing this. Don't get me wrong. I like the guys at Douglas. We are furious with the service here. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. They will over charge you and use crappy parts. My car ran before I took it here now it can't even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. Update: We got the car back with scratches on the driver door and back end and missing a bolt from the air box. I REPEAT NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
