Choose another florist. The most expensive and least attractive arrangements I've purchased in 60 years. I ordered 2 arrangements for my mother's funeral from photos on the florist website, and made clear in my order that they needed to stand on the floor of the altar so needed height and presence. I paid for the largest size of each arrangement, which means the largest number of flowers in them--the order was over $500. She was kind taking my order and assured me these 2 choices would work. When I saw them at the church, I couldn't believe they were the flowers I had ordered. They were small and haphazard looking. I called her after the funeral saying I was not asking for a refund but did want her to know these were disappointing and small. I did not say, but I felt, these were rather embarrassing looking, as well. The flowers that arrived from the local grocery store floral department looked assembled with more care. She said "Maybe you don't know how to order flowers" and "I can't make flowers taller than they are!" Defensive and offensive, and not one word of compassion or understanding that these were important flowers; no apology that they missed the mark. I said I didn't need taller flowers, but that both arrangements were meant to stand on the floor, she had known that, and these looked like small tabletop arrangements. After the call, I emailed her the photos, and reiterated I didn't want a price adjustment, I just wanted her to know these were not acceptable and I wanted her to acknowledge that to me. She did not respond. I also heard from the church that the florist called them and said she would leave the flowers outside the church if the church wasn't open when it was convenient for her. The church secretary was shocked at how rude the florist was. A bad product and the wrong personality for working with people. read more

Wanted to update my review. The new owner reached out and was so kind and apologetic for the treatment I received. She is making a donation in my mother's name to one of the organizations we chose to support. She wanted to hear about my mother and was so empathetic. I trust she will be working with her employee to encourage kindness and empathy. read more

Update: The happy day bouquet arrangement as shown was advertised on your website as a $35 arrangement. The additional fees ($20) were for processing and delivery. Your subpar arrangement and lack of customer service speaks volumes. See photo. Second update: buyer beware! The picture is of the bouquet exactly as it arrived. Obviously, something happened from your store to my home that made the bouquet look different than what you claim to have sent. Either way, your lack of customer service speaks volumes and you should probably contact your delivery person to make sure this so called "manhandling" doesn't occur in the future. And you are correct, the correct flowers are there, but the number of flowers is incorrect. Also, if the vase is a separate cost, that should be listed on your website. From the photo, it looks like the vase is included in the fee. Again, the photo speaks for itself and I would warn future customers to be cautious when purchasing from your website. They may get something unexpected, like a bouquet in disarray with a lack of flowers and/or greenery and can be assured that the owner will not remedy the situation by offering additional flowers/greenery or partial refund. I was sent flowers for a funeral service tomorrow and could not be more disappointed. $75 for the bouquet and it included 9 total flowers that were wilting. The last thing we want to deal with is the hassle of having to go out and find more flowers before the 9 AM service. The flowers were purchased by a family member so I felt comfortable asking if that's what they intended to order because the bouquet was so small when I sent them pictures they were equally displeased. do not recommend this florist. not at all worth $75!!! UPDATE: After contacting the florist directly (as seen in the comment they left below) she was extremely rude to the family member who ordered the flowers and blamed the 3rd party vendor (again.. as seen in comment below). Ordering through a 3rd party should not result in a lower quality product. We were also told they would be sending new flowers to make up for the disappointing experience but they never actually arrived. This is just bad business. read more

Ordered flowers yesterday for the first time from this place. 25th anniversary and wanted a very nice arrangement from a local floral shop. Was recommended to come here by my good friend with Wiley Properties. He was spot on. Great product. Great service. They had the perfect arrangement of red roses, baby breath, vase, and couple extras in there. It looked beautiful. What I loved most was the extra gifts this store had.//. My sister recently ordered an arrangement for a very close friend that passed away, the bouquet was $120.00. It was quite frankly abysmal. Embarrassing arrangement that I could have procured at Cub Foods. Small, wilted junk. Complete sham. Ordered flowers for a visitation/funeral for very special longtime family friends when their mom suddenly passed away. I ordered this particular "Deluxe" arrangement for $105.00 (and that's after a 20% coupon) and was mortified when I got to the funeral home to see what Infinity Floral actually sent. They pulled the old "bait and switch" on us. You cannot imagine how mortified my family was to see this - and who in their right mind would be okay sending this out to a funeral. Words of wisdom - do not order from this floral shop. Research flower shops nearby your recipient or ask funeral homes for recommendations and save yourself the heartbreak. read more

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Called with a complaint about the product I received and immediately was treated with an immense amount of disrespect. She never once apologized or tried to compensate for the poor product she sold me. She eventually started justifying her actions because she's a small business and compared the situation to a McDonald's burger. I don't care how small of a business you are, treat your paying customers with respect, that's just what's professional. She even admitted on the call multiple instances where I did not receive what I payed for and still refused to acknowledge that she was in the wrong. I tried to continue our conversation because I was not okay with spending 55 dollars on a product that is absolutely nothing like what I ordered, but she abruptly hung up on me, when I called back because I thought it might have been a mistake, she proceeded to yell at me and then hang up once more. read more

I asked for all the flowers to be one color not two, flowers droopy, greens stuffed/folded over in vase and arrangement was not presentable in my opinion. Contacted Infinity via email and I was given rebuttals for my concerns about the presentation and quality of their service/product. I asked for a full refund as it was not exactly as I requested but no response to my request for refund. Long in the short, pay attention to the star ratings and review. They speak a thousand words. If you want nice quality flowers, contact Donato's Floral in Maple Grove. No matter how small or large the order, they will provide exceptional quality and service. I have never had an issue with them and have always been satisfied. 5/22 - in response to Lori No, we did not agree to a combination. YOU clearly took it upon yourself to assume I wanted pink. I only wanted purple, you mentioned that you had other colors.l that's it. Just because you were in a hurry, tried to get one last order in before the delivery driver showed up, assumed you heard I wanted pink should not be my fault. I only wanted purple as I asked for purple only, not pink. So, my order is not as I requested because you were in a rush. Shouldn't be my fault Clearly, my concerns are not of importance to Infinity Floral and looks like it will not be rectified as I did not get what I paid for. And really, a "discount" on the next order with infinity......think about this. I gave you one star and not so stellar review. I think that's more of an insult than trying to make things right with a customer that was not happy with what you provided. A refund was requested, not a discount for a future order as we all know, that will not happen. All purple tulips is what I wanted. Again, buyer beware. Donato's floral is the place to go. Ask yourself, if you paid for something and didn't get what you want, you'd expect to be refunded or at very minimum to provide exactly what you wanted to make things right. I ordered flowers that were arranged and delivered by Infinity Floral in Osseo. What I ordered and what I got were two different things. The arrangement did not look at all like what I ordered - not the same flowers, same qty of flowers, colors, and the vase was not as pictured. I also paid $10 extra to have it delivered by 1pm. They were not delivered until 3:45. I called them and they hung up on me. Even though the card they sent along with the flowers says, "... if we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know." They don't deliver their own promise! read more

I was so embarrassed by the flowers that were sent by Infinity to my sister. Infinity fulfilled the order from an FTD company. The flowers were turning brown. The quality was awful and quantity of flowers were sparse. I would have done better getting supermarket flowers since they would have looked so much better. Will never order flowers online again. They used this Infinity Floral in Plymouth, MN and the arrangement was not even close to what we ordered. The bouquet was to have roses in it, and what was received was carnations and daisys!!! This was to be an Anniversary gift from my husband and it was such a huge disappointment. $79 dollars was way out of line for what I got. I emailed them to complain and got no response. Ordered flowers Dec 14th to be delivered by noon on the 15th and paid for expedited delivery. They did not deliver the flowers until December 16th 6pm. The bouquet was tiny. I had also ordered 5 regular balloons and 1 Birthday balloon. The order had 3 deflated balloons hanging from the bouquet. I phoned Infinity flowers Saturday afternoon and left a msg. As of today 12/20/16 I have not received any phone calls from them. The order was $67.97. I did request a refund which is in process at this time but never has anyone called to apologize for this. These flowers were for my wife's 40th birthday. I have bought better flowers from Target and Cub Foods. read more
