I had a complicated order: one arrangement in a vase, to be delivered directly to my mother-in-law, and one bouquet, to be delivered to her coworker, who would present her with the surprise bouquet at the awards ceremony. The owner was so pleasant and did not balk at my annoying specifications. My mother-in-law (and her coworker) says that the arrangements were gorgeous. This place is AMAZING! I placed my order (a Pot) last night (I don't have a lot of experience ordering plants) as a birthday present for a friend of mine. Kyle noticed that in my delivery instructions i had the word "Plant" in it and thought that i misunderstood what I ordered and he was correct. I forgot to order a plant with the pot thinking that the plant in the photo came with it. I called back and Amy helped me with some selections of plants via email. I chose one and then called back and got back in touch with Kyle. I was asking questions about the size of the floor pot and the proportion of the plant that I chose and it ensured me that it looks great. I trusted his opinion. And, everything was done!
