I called when I landed an hour scheduled departure and the lady told me the 7:30 shuttle would be leaving at 7:40. I showed up around 7:25 to the pickup location and by 7:31 there was no shuttle so I was a little nervous so called back to confirm. The next operator told me the shuttle had probably already left and put me on hold to call the driver. The operator refused to ask the driver to swing back around to get me and told me he only had one reservation. I asked why the initial operator had not advised me to book and the operator couldn't give me a good answer. Please use Colorado Springs shuttle as a better alternative. There is nothing like being stuck at the airport for an extra hour after a long journey and missing your meeting because of it.
