I enjoy the workout, the focus of learning a new discipline, and the skill building required to master each movement. I recommend the annual membership which allows you to attend any number of the classes that you're eligible for. We currently attend 3 to 4 times a week. You can also join on a month to month basis, which lets you attend two classes a week.

His wife Mrs Shin is a black belt, is at almost every tiger class, is also super engaging and friendly, and knows every child's name from day 1, it's pretty impressive. It's not just about kicking and punching, it's also about teaching the kids how to treat others in the community. The entire staff are so patient, full of energy, and each of them is a model of inspiration. We started when my son was four. There was a difficult time for him to wake up from his nap to go to the classes and I was thinking maybe I should wait till he's a little older. But I'm glad that we stick with it, I can see him growing from a shy kid who didn't want to go in the mat to a kid that was so proud of himself for talking to another kid on the mat lol.
