The Marina I work with to maintain our boat referred me to Wilson Trailer and Repair and I should have known from the first phone call with Randy, working with them was going to be an issue. He recommended a lot of things we were not anticipating, when we had brought the trailer in for a new bow catcher and to check the tires for slow leaks. I listened to his recommendations, which he sounded out that he had to explain ("I've been in business for 30 years ......) and simply asked for an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Originally, the Marina was going to pay the bill and we were going to pay the Marina, so he got with them and I never heard back from either of them, which was my mistake. Then I get a text on Tuesday morning, from Randy asking that I give him a call. I called him two hours later before noon only to be met with the same rude attitude I had gotten weeks before when I spoke to him. When I asked for a copy of the bill, he said he would send it to me once I paid it. I said, I like to have a copy before hand so I could review it considering I never received an estimate in advance of the work being done. Randy got irritated with that request and he started yelling at me saying he'd send it over but he's been in business for 30 years and he's been trying to get me to pay this bill (for 2 hrs), that I needed to pay it, and then he rudely hung up on me. Once I reviewed the bill, for work I never authorized but I suspect and hope I needed, I called Randy up and kindly paid the bill. Life is too short to deal with people who are rude. I don't care how long they have been in business, it doesn't give them the right to treat anyone, much less a customer, like a second class citizen.

Catastrophic Negligence & Deceptive Billing at Trolling Motor Services Plus (TMS).MAY BILLING…read moreFRAUD: Paid $1,154.39 (Inv #23738) for a "100 HR SERVICE WITH WATER PUMP X 2". Port motor had water & was replaced at separate shop. All through May, Paul (TMS Mechanic) confirmed starboard motor was good. In June, Paul explicitly lied over phone, assuring me the starboard engine was fully completed & safe, causing me to bypass a service. Owner Matias later confessed to the state they "immediately halted all remaining 100-hour tasks" because of port motor, but kept full payment. Austin claims they skip anodes on 100-hr service, violating Yamaha Protocol. Cooling lines left packed with calcium scale, causing local cylinder overheat, blown head gasket, and lopsided compression.TIMELINE & NEGLECT: 6/27 trial run nozzle blocked; cleared per surveyor/broker. 7/12 offshore trip had startup smoke that vanished. Motor stalled 25-30 miles offshore (checked kill switch), 4 miles offshore, and at dock stalled again. 7/13 Paul re-confirmed via phone that TMS fully serviced it, masking fraud. Trailered boat to TMS 7/15, notifying Paul of water-in-oil emergency & ordered flush. Paul flatly refused: "No you should be good." Instead of a 15-min flush, they abandoned the saltwater-drowned engine to bake untouched for 21 days (7/15-8/4) because mechanics were on vacation. On 8/4, they flipped story, claiming they never serviced it. Stagnant salt turned a repairable leak into total internal rust scale, bearing metal shavings, and a cracked piston .FORENSIC PROOF: Certified marine mechanic teardown confirms cracked piston, clean starboard side vs heavily rusted port channels, lopsided compression (150/165 PSI), and watery oil left in base. Jaltest telemetry proves engine ran only 11-12 hours since leaving TMS with zero overheat/limp codes. Pre-suit window expired 8/31; filing lawsuit in Duval County. Avoid this shop at all cost or document everything!

BEWARE -- FIRST RESPONDERS, MILITARY & OTHER CUSTOMERS…read more I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews before leaving your boat or jet ski with All Source Marine. I saw them and couldn't believe experiences like that could happen. Then it happened to me. I brought my running--but poorly running--2004 Yamaha XLT800 to Mike in April 2026 for major engine repairs. I paid $2,790: $1,000 cash and a documented $1,790 debit-card payment. What followed was approximately FIVE MONTHS of delays and constantly changing problems: driveshaft issues, water/moisture, cylinder/head problems, crank/bearings, plans for another motor, another rebuild, more parts and finally an alleged electrical/no-spark problem. At one point I was specifically told the rebuilt motor "runs great." I remained patient, repeatedly thanked Mike and gave him additional time. I essentially lost my entire summer. Eventually I demanded completion or a financial resolution. During that dispute, Mike was willing to provide $500 in connection with receiving title to my ski while keeping the repair money I had already paid. I declined and retrieved my property. Then it became unbelievable. I was told the ski had an unresolved NO-SPARK condition. I got it home, charged the battery and reconnected a disconnected wire associated with the kill switch. THE SKI STARTED. Mike later texted that they had reassembled the electrical box Friday and perhaps a connection made better contact, adding: "We didn't test start it after that." I then water-tested it. The ski starts and idles, but under moderate/full throttle BOGS BADLY AND WILL ONLY GO APPROXIMATELY 3-5 MPH. So after five months and $2,790: I was told the rebuilt motor "runs great," then problem after problem, then no spark, then it starts at home, and then it barely moves under load. The goalpost never seemed to stop moving. I was also informed at pickup that the shop had removed the original oil-injection pump during the rebuild and converted the ski to 50:1 premix. THEN A BUSINESS DISPUTE BECAME PERSONAL. I work for a law-enforcement agency in Northeast Florida. I am also an Iraq/Afghanistan combat veteran and continue serving in the Army National Guard. I mention this because Mike chose to inject my profession into a jet-ski dispute. Mike wrote "I know you're a deputy that doesn't matter..." and later "pretty typical of a deputy." After my wife attempted to locate other customers with similar experiences, Mike and his wife began communicating with/responding to her on social media. Mike referenced my employment, an alleged recording, "slander," and even my retirement/pension, asking "Isn't he trying to retire... With a pension?" Neither my wife nor I responded. We documented everything. Mike is free to make any legitimate complaint to my employer or Internal Affairs. I welcome an objective review and will provide the complete, unedited communications. I will not be intimidated into silence because my career or pension is brought into a consumer dispute. After experiencing the personal response when we spoke up, I now personally wonder whether this type of confrontation discourages some dissatisfied customers from posting reviews. I cannot speak for anyone else--I can only document what happened to us. The circumstances of my transaction have been reported to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, and documentation was provided. I will let the appropriate authorities determine whether anything beyond a consumer/civil dispute occurred. I have retained my invoice, payment records, texts, photographs and social-media communications. $2,790 paid. Five months without my ski. An entire summer lost. "Runs great." Then no spark. Then it starts. Then it bogs at 3-5 mph under load. A $500/title discussion. Then my wife, profession, employer and pension get dragged into the dispute. Based on my documented personal experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND ALL SOURCE MARINE. First responders, military and everyone else: READ ALL THE REVIEWS. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND TEXTS. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. MAKE YOUR OWN INFORMED DECISION.
