All I had to do is read the only other review. I couldn't agree more. This place SUCKS!!! I went there 4 times considering buying a boat. No one ever walked out to help. I went there one more time because my son has a friend who works there and I was ready to purchase a new boat. The one salesman that was working there at 4:30 pm Friday May 29th, was the biggest asshole I have ever run into. He treated me like I was an idiot. I will never walk on that lot again. Due to health reasons, I ended up selling my 2018 Hewes Redfisher with only 36 hours on the main motor. I will say even selling my boat through them, I was treated like family! Brett and his Staff to include Tony, Amy, and Sarah and Brent and his techs were great! I always was informed on what was going on, potential buyers etc..etc.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ATLANTIC COAST MARINE. Please read.  I have experienced the worst customer service with the company and the President Brett who is also the GM. I was lied to and treated terribly. I was also threatened that if I came to the business to discuss my issues "something would be waiting on me" insinuating a gun. If you are there to spend less than 10k you are considered useless. I will pay a little more money and have excellent customer service at St. Augustine Marina. Terry the service person told me two different prices and never called me when my motor came in. St. Augustine Marina told us they have this same complaint from others who have tried to purchase from Atlantic Coast Marine.  It is unacceptable to be treated so poorly and threatened and made to feel you are not important. read more

I drove 2.5 hours based off a recommendation to have some glass/gelcoat repair done on my Pathfinder. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my boats. They worked with the factory to fix another issue, and could have charged me whatever they wanted. They charged me ZERO, because of manufacturer error, and i did not buy the boat from them. This place is the worst, Nancy literally turned me off on even buying the motor from here, you would think someone trying to make a sell wouldnt be so aggravated to talk or explain prices to a customer, first person I spoke to was very nice but obviously had a lack of knowledge of motors so transferred me and she honestly ruined my morning on even buying a boat, wouldn't even let me finish or answer my question, do yourself a favor and don't buy here or their sister store, worst customer service I've ever experienced read more
