Porridge with fresh fruit
Kari V.

Minimalistic, friendly, luminous. Informal kitchen is a place to enjoy a morning or afternoon where time stops. They offer breakfast from opening till noon. Breakfast menu is small and accurate: porridge with fresh fruit, omelettes, eggs Benedict or florentine, pancakes or inFormal breakfast package. All dishes are between 15-23zl. Coffee is excellent and juice is fresh a made. They even made us a mimosa upon request even though they did not have it in the menu. We have been there for dinner as well and enjoyed excellent fish fillet over quinoa and grill meat with vegetable. Portions are moderate, pizza is slim and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. A good option in the area. Entrance is not on Małachowskiego, but on Traugutta. P.s. The door is very heavy! You may need to go to the gym before or get a strong gentleman open it for you.

Had been for lunch which costs 25 zl and is from 12 till 4pm (i think ). Offers soup, main course, deser and a glass ofwater or kompot! Soup and the main course were just outstanding and tasty but the desert was not upto my taste - very dry and bland. The waiter didn't get our desert and we had to request for it which was slightly not pleasant since it is a set lunch menu and especially since he was serving dish after dish, getting our main course even before we finished our soup ! Over all a good place for lunch, would recommend

The food is good. I could order almost anything off the menu and enjoy it. Never that impressed with the service though. It has a great atmosphere especially if you want to hang out with friends and catch up.

This is currently my favorite restaurant in Warsaw. The atmosphere is light yet classy. The food is very modern with an unexpected twist and very tasty. Pricing as in any other restaurant in Warsaw with this food quality. The service tries hard not to be like the typical terrible polish service! There is a room for improvement but definitely this place deserves a 5!!!

The food is good and price fair but unfortunately the waitresses aren't friendly at all.

You know a restaurant has to be good when there's a small crowd gathering at the door before it…read moreopens at 8am, and when there's a line waiting for tables by 9am! This is exactly the situation at Shipudei Berek, a modern Israeli restaurant run by a passionate chef who wanted to bring a piece of Tel Aviv to Warsaw! I just can't emphasize how great this restaurant is--from the trendy modern decor, the friendly service, the videos of life & food in Israel playing in the background, and yes, the delicious food, Shipudei Berek is just bomb! The thing I loved the most was the mezze spread--10 different dishes of freshly prepared appetizers that come with every skewer entree: cabbage, tzatziki, red sumac onions, spicy carrots, shredded carrots, beets, grated tomato, tahini, hummus with chili, and pickled cucumbers & chilies! Every mezze dish was so fresh and seasoned so perfectly--if I had to pick a favorite, it would be the dreamy, creamy hummus, which just goes perfectly with the pita bread that comes on the side! On top of the mezze, we also got an order of the octopus shipud, which were four pieces of octopus marinated and grilled on skewers! This was delicious as well, though I'd probably suggest getting another protein, since the octopus came out a bit burnt using this preparation. I also got a freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, which had some of the whole arils floating on top! Delicious! Come, come, come to Shipudei Berek, and if I haven't given you enough reasons, here's one more: the prices are an absolute steal for the quality of food and the overall experience! At one point, our waitress noticed that our skewers were taking a while to arrive, so she asked us if we wanted extra mezze and refilled our requested plates for free!

All the little salads were excellent. Lamb and shrimp cooked to perfection. Lots of beautiful young people everywhere not being morose. Excellent lemonade. Loved loved loved this place. A nice change of pace from the nonstop heavy Eastern Euro cuisine. Well priced. Definitely would go back if In Poland.
