And for some reason, when you have to skip over them and contact your insurance company direct, they will go into your acct and make changes after you fix things yourself. It took 4 months to straighten out my acct because they wouldn't answer my calls/emails and wouldn't even answer when the insurance company themselves tried to call and straighten the acct out! Terrible business! They are definitely NOT there when you need something!!!!!
