When she got back she went to the bank and picked up the check to send to Toyota Financial. Then she saw her due date is in 10 days. She called NFCU and the man said he would extend the date out one month. A few days later her due date on the loan never changed and when she called back she got nothing short of absolutely total rudeness and they said you signed the contract, and if you dont like it then you can withdraw the loan and go through the application process again just to have the due date one month from today. I did my loan through PenFed. Much better service. I asked to have my first payment pushed out a week because my car was being delivered to me and they extended it an additional 4 weeks in less than a minute. The choice is clear who im doing business with from now on, Yes to PenFed, heck no to NFCU.

My wife and I went through the whole process of filling out all the paperwork to apply for a 2nd Mortgage Loan to see if we can get a better rate than the firm that did our 1st mortgage here for our primary home in Chicago. After we did all the paperwork (which is quite lengthy since it includes copies of this and scans of that), we heard crickets from Jennifer and her team. What we did hear from her were causal texts to my wife saying how she busy she was doing interviews for her local TV program, etc. etc. Then we find out one of her team members contact the other firm to inquire about the interest rate they offered us. We ended up going with our original lender since they sharpened their pencil and came up with a clever way to lower our interest rate with a higher downpayment option. I'm writing this review today since I got an email from her asking for my vote for "The Best of Tampa Bay" in the Mortgage category. Heck no. Her emails were snarky and she is not someone that I could recommend to any friends or family because of her bad attitude. We finally went to Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage) for our lending and that was a much smoother process and more enjoyable experience for us.
