The screen worked but showed a wavy pattern now like wrinkled paper. The screen protector showed a clear point of impact. I took the iPad back to the store. They refused to do anything, and since I had taken it home before noticing the problem, I couldn't prove anything. Just check everything before accepting a repaired item back. Its a run around to get any straight information and delays for no reason. First of all the clerk ordered the wrong part for my phone (lucky thing I caught that and told him to change it). Next I was told to come pick up my phone as the repair would be done in in an hour or so. I even gave them to the next day as I was busy yet they said the part still wasn't ordered.Yet they found the part in the back area when they took a look? Confusing and unclear. Not to mention they almost lost my phone case and tried to tell me it was my fault (lucky thing he found it when he looked around). Now this last part is more on the business itself not this specific location (I hope). They have a 50$ non refundable fee you pay on top of whatever you need to pay for repairs. I was told it was an assurance fee....Yet whenever I go to other places like Infrared Repair there is no such fee. My first and last time there for sure.
