After an hour of repair I received my phone and left. Less than 48hrs later my phone screen started glitching. I'll keep this short. I returned 3 times for the same glitch. He said my phone had "touch disease" something that I never had an issue with before bringing my phone in. After not being able to fix my phone properly he offered to put a broken screen on and return my money. Terrible customer service, cheap third party equipment, and they will lie to your face.

The sales person emphatically told me my XS was not built for wireless charging and that it was not available until the 11??????? I know I don't have the most current phone (yet) but I also know what the specs are for the iphone line-up. I suggest more training as I really wouldn't trust any information that was being provided. I will be getting a new phone, I'll just do my research and order online to avoid any misinformation.

He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

Ew. I should have taken the 1-star review seriously . I just wanted a silver wedding band resized…read more(made bigger). The guy said he couldn't do it without adding silver, and that it was better to replace it. They tried selling me a bunch of very cheap looking stainless steel and hollow silver wedding bands. When I said I didn't want them, they said they could make the ring bigger, but it would cost $80 - the entire cost of the ring. So I left, went to a small jewelry stand I happened to come across in Northlake mall, and the man there re-sized it perfectly for $30 and was professional and straightforward. I definitely wouldn't go to Flawless Jewelry & Phone Repair unless you know exactly what you need done and how much it should cost, and don't mind dealing with sliminess.
