The entire store is amazing. From the cleanliness to the Asian food buffet. Variety of different types of food.

We bought this Large sized soup, whole pizza, and a sub sandwich at Ingles in Toccoa today. While eating 1/4 of the hot soup, I found something strange in my mouth. I took it out and it was a piece of medal scrubber. This is so disgusting and traumatizing. I will never look at places like Ingles for hot foods anymore. Yuck!! so unsanitized!!! read more

Please---If you are going to sell Starbucks better get some better employees behind the counter... the gal back there (alone) gave me three different reasons she didn't have sumatra beans. I ask for 3 bags.. was told: What is out front is what we have..then said: We are getting a truck tomorrow..come back tomorrow.. when I ask her to please check the stockroom, as others have done for me many times, she then said: I can't do that because tomorrow is inventory day. I am hugely discouraged by the service..today is 4-19-22 around 7pm. read more

Bad news: cashiers are sometimes a bit brusque and occasionally rude. Good news: excellent selection of items and great for buying organic food. Great selection of beer and wine. Good people that work in management. I lost $30 cash while shopping once and it was returned to the desk! read more

April the cashier did a really good job with asking if we found everything today, smiling and engaging with us.. she was fast and friendly.. but for it being storming and no other store had stuff due to freezer not working.. ingles had generator so everything would stay fresh and register was working.. thank you.. read more

I've been shopping here for several years and it has always been a wonderful experience up until now that is. Whenever I go to check out there is a cashier or bag boy by the name of John Walker and he will go out of his way to overly harass any young girl or women. Having stopped at the Cafe at other Ingles Markets in the past and been pleased, we gave the Toccoa cafe a try while passing through on a recent trip. What a mistake. My wife had a pre-packaged salad that was very disappointing and I had some chicken tenders from the hot bar that were anything but tender. I am still kicking myself for not returning them after the first bite. They were dry and tough and despite the advertised flavor, not very tasty. The market itself was clean with fresh flowers in the bathrooms and the deli counter employees were very friendly. Those are the only reasons I am giving the cafe 2 stars instead of 1. Next time we'll stop at Bell's Restaurant. read more
