Then as i walk passed him with all my items he decides to accuse me of stealing asking "hey sir do u have a receipt for all that" i made him look like a complete fool and as i walked out of the store i looked back and saw him talking crap with the other Ingles employee and customer so i walked back in there and asked if he was talking sh't and he decided to lie and say that he was asking the men if he was a bad person. The assistant manager is by far the most unprofessional boot licker employee that i have ever had to deal with he was smiling during the entire interaction and even pussified his voice .i have never been treated this way before at any grocery store. i work inside Ingles extremely frequently and i have actually worked at the ingles in Mills River as a cashier i won't ever be returning to this Ingles again i will actually drive out of my way to go to the Ingles in Hendersonville.

A lovely store with everything you need; however the staff needs to learn how to be attentive to…read morefriendly customers. At the Starbucks the girls innocently rang the order wrong. For 2 minutes they were trying to call someone. Never once acknowledged me or told me what was going on. Finally, I asked: "Is there a problem? You've left me here clueless trying to pay." On checkout, Aisle 2 I believe. Two talkative ladies. I said, "Hello." Nothing. Not even a nod. The talk was about a boyfriend. It was pleasant. Cashier handed me receipt. Not even a thank you. Bagger (boyfriend topic) at least said thank you. WOW. I go to staffed aisles on purpose. I support humans and don't get any discounts doing it myself. I should have scanned my own stuff today. Very unpleasant experience.

"You can ask another customer for their card." Really? Instead of putting customers first, Ingles chooses to gatekeep discounts that other stores apply automatically--no hoops, no cards, just good service. At places like Publix, you're treated with respect and your time is valued. Until Ingles prioritizes customer convenience and real savings, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Aldi is not as posh as the other shopping stores in the immediate area. However, if you go in there…read moreto purchase particular things such as avocados or fruit, even cheese, you may find that your prices are 50% what they are in other nearby shopping areas. It's worth it to go there once or twice a month just to pick up very specific things that are at an extremely low price. Aldi does not provide shopping bags. You may purchase them but they prefer you bringing your own. Another unique thing you've got to put in a quarter to get a shopping cart but when you finish checking out and you put the shopping cart back you get your quarterback.

I love Aldi, I could probably be their spokesperson. I usually go to the Aldi in West Asheville or…read morenear Wal-Mart but thought I'd check out the Airport Road location today. I was very pleased with my experience. I usually try not to go to Aldi on Sundays, especially after 11am, because it's always so crazy busy and items (especially produce) are often running low or not stocked. This was not true for this location. I went in around 2 pm today/Sunday and although, yes, it was busy, everything was stocked and the produce was plentiful. The more often you shop at Aldi, the better you get at shopping here and maneuvering through the aisles (same with Trader Joe's) because the aisles are thin and it is a popular place. For me, the main selling points of Aldi are: -low prices -great produce choices/quality -a lot of gluten free, vegetarian, and organic options -very quick check-out -much more Earth-friendly than most other grocery stores This is my go-to shopping chain and can almost always find all (or almost) every item on my shopping list here. Great place!
