Second, every employee is genuinely friendly from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. You can tell customers feel comfortable shopping here, and it's easy to see the great relationship the staff has built with the community. Finally, the quality of the products speaks for itself. As soon as I got home, I marinated the pork chops from the Meat Box along with a pound of the shrimp and threw everything on the grill. Needless to say, it made for an incredible Saturday. I just looked it up and it's been family owned and operated since 1963!!! I do know the (Wayne) Shuler Family now owns it and that's a wonderful family. I rented from Wayne for 8 years and he's a stand-up, good man with integrity. The grocery store offers the convenience of a small town store but the variety of larger stores. You can get home grown tomatoes, a fresh bouquet of flowers and everything in between! The staff is friendly and efficient, so you'll be ok your way in a jiffy.
