Absolutely outstanding service and flower arrangements from Inglis today! I was in charge of placing the order and picking up arrangements for a high school graduation ceremony. I gave them the order from previous years (they have on file), which consists of flowers that are the school colors. Pick up time was at 12pm and they were ready to go and gorgeous! They have excellent florists at Inglis that take care to create amazing arrangements! I'd highly recommend this business! They also thoughtfully helped me carry the large arrangements to the car. I wanted to get an arrangement for a surprise gathering and called to see if my requests were possible-- I don't live in Arizona so, communication over the phone was key. Adriana was the gal I spoke with and explained to her what I was looking to do (I had an image of the arrangement style/color palette I liked). She gave me her email and I sent over the image including my phone number for her to review and call me back to further discuss the options. She got back to me very quickly and explained that most of the flowers in the image were things she didn't currently have in stock and would require a special order however, she was expecting a delivery the next day and could come up with some ideas based on my image/vision. Sure enough, the next day she sent me some photos of the flowers she got in (which by chance were very close in color to the ones I was looking for) and put together a little mock arrangement-- this made me feel like I was part of the process. Adriana was not only so kind with her service but, really made this experience memorable. So many thank yous for exceeding my expectations and making this special moment so amazing for my friend. Thank goodness for Inglis !!! My then fiancé and I had a crazy idea to get married the day before the Super Bowl to take advantage that his dad would be in town. This meant planning a wedding in 30 days. After visiting other flower shops in Tucson and either being told to "email the owner" or getting no service at all I ended up at Inglis, where I was met with excellent team members who made the imagine in my head a reality. I told them what I imagined both in flowers and colors and they made me the most perfect bouquet for our big day. My husband sent me roses the other day to let me know he was thinking of me during a particularly rough time in my life. They arrived wilted with dead leaves. There were actual holes in some of the leaves. I couldn't believe that someone let an arrangement leave the shop in such terrible shape. My husband called to complain and I did get a replacement arrangement but not until after one o'clock the next day. Over the past 10 years, my husband has been using this florist. My husband and I just got married this past June. Even though we contacted Inglis Florist with only 2 weeks before our wedding, Lyvonne worked with us right away. She was amazing, talented and very creative. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about anything! Everything was delivered, setup on time and to the correct places! Our ceremony arrangements were beautiful, the centerpieces were just how I wanted ( my guest were fighting for them!) She made the cake look so elegant and my bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. I told her I wanted a vintage, romantic and simple theme and she was right on! I will recommend Inglis Florist for everything and will definitely continue to use them in my future! I ordered an arrangement with balloons and candies on short notice and while there was a mishap with the delivery, I connected with them and they refunded my order, but corrected the issue as quickly as they could. My sister-in-law tried to order flowers to be delivered to my wife. This turned into a comedy of errors that deserves a comedy video. These folks couldn't get the arrangement right and never figured out how to deliver the flowers. You have to wonder if they have ever made a delivery to a working couple. They couldn't even get it right when I drove to their business to pick it up. There are some excellent florists in town. Send your money to them, not here. We have a family wedding party coming up. Guess who won't do the flowers. Well. Two days later, they get the flowers to us. It is not what was promised, but I suppose they think that two small ones make up for the one that was ordered WITH A PICTURE. So, they made up for the problem, but I still would not use them. read more

So incredibly rude! We wanted to look at flowers for a wedding on Mother's day, a busy day yes but we had someone in town that day and it was the only day we could go look. We called ahead of time and spoke to Joan, who said that were busy but they would find someone to help us. We arrive 10 minutes later to a snarky young girl who looked like it would've killed her to smile. We asked for Joan and then she came out and said they were way too busy and "we shouldn't have come in". Didn't say it politely or anything. Well that's why we called!!! If you didn't want us to come in then don't tell us to. They lost over $1000 of business from us. I would never ever go there again! read more

Disappointed! They used an ugly brow basket, and the inexpensive flowers, hardly any color. Drab and ugly, would never use again.

Don't waste your money. Pictures online are so deceiving and your arrangement is much smaller than it appears. Spent $70 on one (T50-3 Love and Laughter) when I could have gone to Costco and saved me at least $50 for a lot more flowers/roses. They claim "we're not satisfied until you're satisfied" but the woman I spoke to said all she could do was exchange the arrangement. What for? For another small arrangement?! I want my money back- that will satisfy me! Never again. read more

The arrangement for Easter did arrive before Easter but the flowers were already old and died 3 days later, although I took extra care to be sure they were properly watered. They substituted common iris for hyacinths - not the same. I am requesting my friends go elsewhere! read more

I went into this florist on my way home from work to see about getting a quote for some wedding flowers. It was 3:30 on a Monday afternoon and I was told I needed to make an appt for earlier during the day (when I am working) because all of the designers had gone home except for 1 and she was wanting to go home. This was a simple wedding and I already knew what I wanted and had pictures. I will not be going back to this florist as there are other choices in town and they were happy to see me walk through the door without an appointment. read more
