The building has extremely poor air circulation. The hallways frequently become stuffy and retain odors to the point that if someone uses the restroom down the hall, the entire floor can smell like sewage. The lack of ventilation also seems to affect the apartments themselves. Inside the unit, the only air conditioning is a very loud wall-mounted unit. Summers are uncomfortable because the apartment develops major hot and cold spots instead of maintaining an even temperature. If you value a consistently comfortable living space, this isn't it. The poor ventilation also affects the laundry. The dryer routinely takes three cycles to dry even small cotton loads because it doesn't appear to vent efficiently. Another major issue is the noise. Whenever there's even a modest amount of wind, it whistles loudly around the building for hours. It can be incredibly disruptive, especially if you're trying to sleep. The electronic key fob system has also been a constant source of frustration. It seems like every week there's another malfunction that prevents residents from accessing the building, their apartments, or even the garage. It's gotten to the point where I felt I had to leave for work 30+ minutes earlier than necessary because I was worried my car would be trapped and I'd have to call an Uber. During the winter, there were also times when residents couldn't get into the building after work despite freezing temperatures. A secure access system should be reliable, and that simply wasn't my experience. On top of that, the lease terms are very unfavorable if your circumstances change and you need to move out early. I wish I had paid closer attention to the existing reviews before signing. My experience has been so different from many of the glowing reviews that I would encourage prospective renters to do thorough research before making a decision. Overall, this has been one of the most uncomfortable places I've lived, and I would not choose to live here again.

My car had things stolen from (the one time I forget to lock it) and another day someone had scratched my driver window, clearly on purpose, there was tons of scratch marks. The previous owner, EastWest, had some hiccups but was mostly okay. So the office of the new owners is in Waite Park, far away. They offered us an online portal to pay our bills, which we used to have for both maintenance & payments, worked well. The new one is garbage, seems like a scam or phishing attempt. First I tried to work out auto-payments thru my Credit Union, & it not only requested the CU's name, obvious enough, but then demanded my password to the account!! Well, I'm not going to give any business full access to my account!! Then when I tried to pay this month's rent on Monday, Dec. 2, the "Portal" didn't recognize my Credit Union, a huge network on the W. Coast, absurd. Then I tried to pay with my AmEx since that seemed the only option left. There were no terms or conditions viewable to use the Portal to pay, but I was online with Accounting trying to fix the problem. So when I did "complete" the payment, they had added a $50 "Transaction FEE" which I had no notice of!! Luckily the Portal was such garbage the Accounting guy immed. told me the charge hadn't gone thru. . . . I am ONLY giving INH 2 Stars here due to the on-site property manager, Kim, who was willing to take my payment check in the office today as she is on site. Otherwise I might have been tricked/ delayed into late payment and a high penalty charge. I would've given the scam main office one star. It is frightening how these property owners can engineer in ways to openly steal tenants' money. (I have read their other reviews, expect to be charged excessively when I move out though I wasn't by my previous landlord when I moved here in 2021.) Be wary of these people!!

I rented a storage unit from Premier Property Management for close to ten years, I never missed a…read morepayment, then a few times I went to my unit( I had moved an hour away and don't drive and have to wait until my kids can drive to the unit) well my storage unit had been broke into and so many things were stolen and also totally vandalized, things thrown all over and damaged, I had boxed very nice and neat all my family's things as this was a large unit and my whole family stored their things in this unit, so we all took a loss, the thieves kept changing the lock , first time we had to pay a private locksmith 200 dollars to saw off the thieves lock, the second time which was this past Saturday the Property Management had their own worker saw the new lock the thieves had put on my storage unit.I just packed what was left in my unit into a Uhaul truck and moved it to a new place. I have made two police reports about the lock being changed etc. I regret ever choosing this storage facility, they never offered a new unit the first time it was robbed, they never made an extra security check on my unit, this management company just didn't care about me being a good renter or my family belongings stored in that unit B 60. The people who stole our belongings deserve the worst karma the universe can offer to them and their children etc. I believe it was white people that stole our possessions as my family is a mixed race family and I read a review from another minority renter who had the same problem with their unit due to a lack of real security at their storage unit also. Our unit faced the railroad tracks and the metal chain link fence has several holes cut into it so anyone can push through the hole and enter the premises, we saw no cameras covering that cut up fence either. We lost items we can never get back, as I said I wish the worst karma on the thieves and urge people to understand they are taking their chances of their stuff being stolen If they choose this facility, the office personal won't even apologize for the loss, they said it was my fault as we were not checking our unit often enough like once a month , that is not written in the contract and also I have to pay the office next month for having the thieves lock cut off. The weird part is the company had changed the technology to even enter the unit's gate, I had to call to even get into the facility. Immediately my daughter was skeptical, how come I was never notified by the office about the change in how to open the gate but the thieves could get in she suspected an employee must of been the one breaking into our unit. So I don recommend this facility to store your possession. These thieves had a free for all in my storage unit a few times. I am 71 years old and I don't lie about storage units, I have rented a few storage places here in Minnesota and this place is totally unsecure and unconcerned about the thefts I experienced while renting here.
