CAUTION IGNORANT STAFF & SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES My experience at Inhale Bliss was deeply disappointing from the moment I entered the store. The lady behind the counter was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the products they sell, and regarding military service and veteran designations. My Google review accurately reflected these concerns, but rather than addressing them, the owner, Jeremy, responded with baseless claims of defamation. Jeremy's misunderstanding of defamation is evident, as he casually throws the term around when faced with less than positive feedback. It's disheartening that the owner seems more focused on deflecting criticism than addressing valid concerns. Moreover, the staff's quickness to label me and my girlfriend as meth and fentanyl addicts is not only unfounded but also reflects poorly on their professionalism and respect for customers. I question their judgment and wonder how they perceive their other patrons. I find it disappointing that Jeremy seems more concerned with personal attacks than fostering a positive and respectful environment. My experience at Inhale Bliss has not only disrespected me but also the United States Navy, my girlfriend, her family, and shipmates. It's unfortunate to see such behavior in a business, especially in an industry that should prioritize customer satisfaction and community well-being. I hope for a more constructive approach from Inhale Bliss in the future. Included in my review are screenshots of my original review from Google. Jeremy's reply only was defamatory but was military service disparagement. The reply to my review, obviously was to discredit the review as a whole, something I've seen a lot of when looking at the negative reviews for Inhale Bliss. I'd love to interview the owner of the store Jeremy, then he could apologize for the defamatory statements made under his businesses name, the statement of military service disparagement, the blackmail tactics against my significant other, and negative claims made by other customers. He seems like a very interesting guy. Edit: Beyond my initial concerns, Jeremy, the owner, posted an unprofessional video on Instagram, dismissing my status as a Navy veteran and neglecting to address the specific conflicts I encountered with his staff. This lack of transparency raises questions about the professionalism of Inhalable Bliss. Instead of addressing valid concerns, Jeremy's video resorts to personal attacks and sidestepping the real issues I highlighted in my review. A more open and constructive approach is needed for both customer satisfaction and community respect. While you might attempt to manipulate reviews through your staff, remember that true opinions can't be silenced. I recently went to inhale Bliss for the first time after a shakey customer service experience at Happy Hippie. I told the guy(who happened to be the owner) the issues with my rig, and lack of smoking consistency that I've been getting through my downstem. Without pictures he hit the nail on the head, we had a very long discussion in which I got educated on rigs. As well as other things. Its rare a business man treats you like he's NOT in a rush. They are very professional,knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you have any and all information you need on the products they carry, speaking of products they have a huge amount from big to small they got you covered.
