The top portion, where you add the juice, completely broke and would no longer open. I brought the vape back in with the original box, and they looked up my account and confirmed that I had purchased it well within their 30-day return/exchange period. We agreed to exchange only the top portion since that was the part that was broken. I was actually trying to make things easier by not asking them to replace the entire vape. I left the store, put the replacement top on, filled it with juice, and immediately started getting a "bad atomizer" error. I went back into the store within about 10 minutes and asked if they could help determine whether the atomizer or the replacement top was defective. When I set the vape on the counter, it also started leaking juice everywhere. What was especially frustrating was that the employee seemed to have very little knowledge of how the vape worked and had to call her boss twice just to find out whether she was allowed to do anything regarding an exchange. We have been customers here for years and have purchased probably six to eight vapes, possibly more, along with spending a significant amount of money on other products. For a business we've supported that much, I find it incredibly disappointing that they would not simply honor their own 30-day policy and make the situation right. Again, I wasn't even asking to return the entire vape initially -- I was trying to work with them by exchanging only the defective part. Unfortunately, this experience showed me some pretty poor customer service and business practices. After years of shopping here, we will not be going back.
