I found Ink and Stitch to embroider my UCLA sash for graduation. The process was easy from emailing to get a quote, dropping off the sash and picking them up right after. Tony and his team did an amazing job making sure the font, the color and the text is up to my liking. There was a lot of flexibility as to which font you specifically like and where to place them. The process was quick as I was quoted around 7-10 days! Amazing customer service and impeccable quality! Thank you for being a part of my graduation!

What a gem of a find. Tony helped with choosing the perfect thread color and suggested repositioning the initials. He delivered days in advance of his promise date. The small team at Ink & Stitch was easy to communicate with in person when I dropped off, via email when we figured out in more detail what I wanted done, and let me know via text that my item was ready sooner than expected. Since I have to give a star, I'll give 1. I had a bad experience with this store. The man behind…read morethe counter was extremely rude. I will not be back!!! Maybe he was upset with someone else and took it out on me, I don't know. So It started in the parking lot. I was looking for a picture of a design I wanted to have printed on a T-shirt which but I guess took too long because I was in a stall marked for his stores customers and I didn't get out of my car right away . He left from behind the counter (I assume) while customers were in the store, to come to the parking lot and tell me to move my car over, because it was over the line in the next stall. I responded by saying "I'm sorry I couldn't really see the line, they need to be painted". Then he says "if you're not coming in to my store, you need to move!" and waved me off as he was walking away. His whole tone and delivery was very nasty. So I went into the store and he was behind the counter and there were three customers in the store. I went to the counter and told him that I was trying to find a picture of a design I wanted printed on a T-shirt and that he didn't have to be so nasty in his tone. He got extremely defensive telling me, "I told you to move your car over, and I even said please". That part of the conversation wasn't the issue, it was his tone, his delivery and his motions, very unprofessional and for what? I told him I'll just go somewhere else, then very sarcastically he said, "ok" as if my money is not needed in his store.
