I just picked out my font, thread color, words, and which side I wanted my embroidery on. When my friend and I went in-person, they accommodated us right away. They also have many yellow/gold threads to pick from, which is perfect if you want to get the right color. beware and do not use! This company misspelled all hoodies on $1000 order the first time. They were extremely rude and did not want to fix our order. Once they did, the order was still wrong and they refused to make it right. Do not use them, we spent $1000 on our company gear and it was all wrong. Wrote on there that we wanted four hoodies and they gave me one hoodie and told me it was my fault even though I made the word plural. Run like hell!!! If I could give these guys a minus star review I would. I ordered $1,000 worth of hoodies hats and t-shirts for my business. Which is a large order. You think they would have got it right and double checked it. But they didn't they misspelled the website had to replace all of the hoodies and hats. I wasn't able to have all of the stuff for my Christmas party. Apparently you have to double check their work. They even missed making a yellow one and two different blue ones. We brought that to their attention after we brought to their attention that my website was spelled incorrectly. So they ate it as they should and made new ones. They were supposed to make 4L hoodies and 4XL hoodies. I got the four large hoodies and they gave me one 4X hoodie. That's exactly how I ordered them. But they didn't read that as plural when clearly it said hoodies with an s. He's irritated with his company that he had to pay for all new hoodies and hats yet he didn't want to get me the 4xl hoodies . He said that I should have double checked his work or invoice. When I paid them driving down the road with a credit card over the phone. Give me a break nobody should have to double check their work. They need to double check it obviously that's the second time they messed up. But they're not claiming it. Crazy thing is is I wear an XL hoodie I bought $1,000 worth of gear and I don't even have a hoodie. I should have went to Amazon like I did before. I wouldn't have had to wait a month. And it would have been correct. Because they send you what it will look like. So much for trying to support a local business. I know I couldn't get away with that with my business. I would have totally eaten the costs. That's the way business goes. But they figured they had to make all of the gear over one time that they weren't going to eat at the second time. You think they would have doubled and triple checked. Yet they missed the plural spelling of the word hoodies. Run like hell from this company. You'll be way ahead if you do. I was SO happy and impressed with Ink & Stitch! I needed just one cap and one shirt done as a birthday gift for my friend (starting a new small business), and didn't search until last minute.
