Very happy with the work done here, I went in on a Friday before closing and my item was ready by Wednesday. Very quick turnaround time and great job done. Prices are also good, I asked other places and they were overcharging for the same work done. I got a jean jacket embroidered above the front left pocket. Despite being told it would take 5-7 days, the order was ready within 24-hours of drop off (an awesome surprise). Stitch work was great and they have extended hours which helps the 9-5ers. Was a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it if you want quality and speed. read more

I found them on Yelp and they embroider a Christmas stocking for me. Reasonable price, beautiful embroidery and the turnaround time was about 48 hours. Lots of selection as well. There were multiple fonts and colors to choose from. I was extremely happy with the results and would come back. read more

The guy that claims the "embroidery shop" actually has all of his sewing done across the aisle, at a husband and wife team on the North side of the building. Go to her and save money as well as speak directly to the person doing the work. She's great and will do above and beyond what's expected. Cash sales as paperwork for services is not their strong suit. read more

Get a key made, grab a hoodie or a sure-fit cap and maybe pick up a "gold" necklace that says your girls name in script. Valentinos taco truck outside makes good tortas, but skip the tacos. Hey, the Fox Swap meet is a great place for daily deals on everyday merchandise, but Valentino's Taco truck and carniceria is way better than John J. puts it. The Carne Asada taco is one of the best on the west side. The people running it are very nice, especially to gringos who try to habla espanol. She cooks the tortillas so they don't turn into a soggy mess. Also, really good barbacoa. You could feed a family of 6 at Valentinos and it would be still less than one dinner at Baby Blues overpriced BBQ(but they serve up the hipster asshole attitude for free). read more

FYI...... swap meet hours are Friday - Saturday 10am-8pm Sunday - thursday 10am-7pm, had to Google what time they closed. this establishment has been open for as long as I can remember. I always came here to get my nose peirced and not once have had a bad experience with the peircers. read more
