T-Mania is a custom T-shirt shop located right outside of Macy's in Lynnhaven Mall. After looking through the T-shirts that were displayed on the table, I didn't see the size that I needed so I asked if they had other sizes, and he quickly went to the back to grab it for me. He asked if he could see the graphic and gave me the email address to send it to. He then pulled it up on the computer, adjusted it to my liking and told us to return in about 20 minutes. As soon as we returned, he actually had two graphics printed out. He color corrected the graphic that I sent and asked which I preferred. I appreciated him doing that and I chose the graphic that looked the best. The T-shirt turned out great!!! If you're looking for any type of custom T-shirts, definitely stop in to T-Mania to get one created. We've come quite a few times and they always do great work!

It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

I worked with the owner, Johnny and he was efficient, on point, to the point and delivered way before my deadline. I was in charge of the marketing for an upcoming event and I needed 21 custom shirts within two weeks. I already had a catalog but the company has a website so you don't necessarily need to have physical catalog. I already had a shirt choice in mind but Johnny helped me choose a shirt that would best fit the ladies. The group of ladies I was purchasing for are all different sizes: ranging from extra small to 3x. We ordered a popular polo shirt. While some ladies needed to go up in size I ordered a large and I was comfortable. If he tells you an extra large is equivalent to 1x... It's not. Order a 2x. From start to finish this process was seamless. The email contact, phone contact and even the pick up all were above satisfactory levels. The only brow raiser...out of the 21 shirts ordered, one shirt had the patching on the opposite side. While this wasn't a major concern it was noticeable of course. Nevertheless, I was pleased and I would definitely recommend this print shop. The location of the shop is in the Oceana section of Virginia Beach. I took it to Designs, and consulted with Dave to determine my best possible outcome. It took only three days for the call to arrive-my banner was done. I wasn't expecting it to be very good, because of the size of the file I made. When he unrolled the banner, I couldn't believe my eyes. The color was perfect, the detail was amazing, and the crispness/sharpness of the imaging had me dancing for joy!! This FAR exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.
