To their response on google rating you're so full of it the emails back and forth that you're going on about were about the tattoo's I got done with Yous and paid for and the demand was to fix my tattoo line that you messed up on and you won't honour your work at all and no your policy is made up and not reasonable at all the work should be backed up and fixed so no Karen/Derek you didn't try to work with me at all but in fact lied and said I had my free fix up on my grandparents tattoo when I didn't you're all about the money and not the costumer plain and simple so no I don't recommend yous at all and blaming me in an email for your messed up line is a low so no it wasn't cause of my meds or not taking care of the tattoo it was your mess up not mine and if you were so concerned about my meds and health why did you tattoo me and pocket my money pretty fast???? And not just one tattoo but with two of them I will tell you why cause you're all about the money not the costumer by the way i will find another tattoo place that does back their work and can actually do fine line tattooing not someone like you that can't do a line properly and is all about the money!!!!! I will be telling people I know or that ask about your business to Avoid your place if you want honest people that back their work!!!!!! If I could give this business no stars I would. Not impressed i got two tattoos done from them with Derek and added to my memorial tattoo with Hannah that works there I paid for all my services with them. I have receipts to back everything and not once did I ever get one free touch up service with them for any of the two tattoo's I received from them. They don't back their work they do, they lie and say when you need a touch up that you used your 1 free complimentary touch up service with them or make up a 6 month policy or blame you for their f*ck up and that you need to pay derek 150 to get a touch up. This business is shady and I will never use their services again or my family use them and I will never recommend them. They also like to ignore your emails when they know they're lying and can't back what they're claiming, well Karen, Feb 3 I paid for my second tattoo with derek, by not getting a free complimentary service with Derek shows how much you lie. So if you want a tattoo, go somewhere else that backs their work when it needs a touch up, not a shady business that they have running all about money. This is the touch up I need on my memorial tattoo that Derek did; a little line fixed, and they are wanting 150 plus hst for and won't honour their 1 time free complimentary service and back their work but saying I already used it when I never used anything for touch ups nothing but liars and don't back anything they do in tattoos their all about money not the customer! Had heard and seen work of artist Brad of TrueHart..I wanted my aunts handwriting in the most…read morefamous words out of my mouth....and her 3 fave flowers. Brad was super friendly and we got right to work on the idea I wanted to create. I had my aunt write the words on a piece of paper which Brad made in to a stencil..he then looked on web and we picked style of flowers. In a few minutes the stencils were drawn up and we were on our way. On the top of the foot is not for everyone as it is a tender spot....lol...to say the least...Brad was super intuitive and always asked how things were going or if I needed a break. Amazing work ...from coloring to line work and artistic eye. Brad knew where to throw some background elements . After 3 hrs I was left speechless with how awesome the tattoo turned...the handwriting especially. I had a chance to browse through both Brad and "Berto's portfolio's and they are both impressive. I will definately be back to the shop for more ink.

I was very pleased with her work and I probably would've gave 5 stars if the following hadn't occurred. So this place is an open type studio, so you can overhear conversations with other tattoo artists and clientele. Normal, nothing wrong there, its like that at a lot of shops. However, one of the other tattoo artists named Jess, (not sure if this is short or what, skinny woman) was extremely unprofessional in every aspect. Keep in mind I wasn't her client, so I only grabbed bits and pieces but essentially she was complaining very loudly about some ex roommate of hers suddenly moving out on her, being a slob , how she's getting people to threaten this roommate ,something about sex offenders?, her ownfriends all being to jail, how she's been to jail , how she's going to party tonight, what she thinks about the owner being unprofessional, complaining about HER OWN Clientele, and she went on and on about all her personal problems that I believe has nothing to do with the workplace. I don't know if she was under the influence, or this is simply her mental health , but because of her, it really ruined my enjoyment of getting a tattoo. What's very concerning to me is that this particular employee is essentially bragging about being a criminal. And I'm shocked that this is allowed by management. Great prices, great studio, but this one particular employee is an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this studio to anyone if she's on premise.

Front desk service is there to answer and help out with setting up of appointments with friendly service. Cameron Roach, saying that he is tallented is an understatement. His art is so real and his eyes for detail is insane. His line work is so crisp. Cams personality is professional and very friendly. I highly recommend people, that if you are looking for realism work to be done that you would be homered to wear on your body.
