Mila was fast at returning emails for quotes. Pricing was very reasonable; for name and dept, two lines = $8 each. She helped pick the color of thread and type font that looked the most professional. Turn around time each time for ~20 items was 1 week. Everything was perfect! I wash my fleece twice a week, and after 1.5 years, the embroidery color and stitching is still perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to personalize an item with embroidery.
