I went to the store to purchase the firearm. When I got to the store I was informed I had to go back home and purchase the weapon online and have it sent to the store. (not sure why i couldn't just order it through the store, it was their online store) I did just that along with an accessory to go with the firearm. The firearm and the accessory were shipped at 2 different times to different locations so I was charged shipping twice ultimately causing me to pay twice as much for the grips as I could have purchased at the store while I was there. The firearm that I ordered finally came in 10 days later. I went to the store to pick up the firearm to be informed that it had come in damaged and they had already informed the warehouse and had reordered but could not tell me how long it would take to replace.(I understand damage but a phone call would have been nice) I checked back online and noticed that the firearm was no longer in stock online. I asked the associate if they had anything comparable in stock as this item was a gift and already 10 days late, he informed me, they did not. I asked if I could cancel and get a refund and was informed I needed to call customer service when I got back home. After getting online, the store, according to the website, has a firearm that would be acceptable as a substitute. I was willing to go back to the store and purchase the other firearm however I was then told by customer service that I could not get my refund until the store had absorbed the canceled gun in stock. So now I'm out $2000 for who knows how long, the store will not "absorb" this damaged gun into inventory, that would be dumb, so it will have to be shipped back. I've made 3 trips to the store with nothing to show for it and I still have to find a retirement gift and have it personalized. Tim Irish

But sense they are near home, it works it out about the same when you figure the price of Gas and Traffic both ways. Now ammo is different, they are higher on this that what I can buy at other places. Folks have always been friendly here, they don't mind you asking them question. If they don't have a firearm in stock. It can be shipped very fast to the store. I have bought 4 firearms from them and sold 2 to them without any issues.

A gun they want 1400.00 for, I can buy at the gun store in conway for 1000.00. I guess they are entitled to charge what ever they want. I knock off a star for the very rude manner in which the owner spoke to me. I guess also it is his store and if he wants to treat people rudely, he has that right. same as my right to go elsewhere. so if you need help and don't mind high prices and rudeness, this is a good store.
