The store was very cute and comfortable and clean. All things you want when getting a piercing! I saw the techs clean the headrests/chairs between client's which was appreciated. It was steady with business, but we didn't have to wait long at all. The piercing nurse tech walked us through the options and answered all our questions, speaking with confidence and expertise. The added bonus is that the decor is absolutely adorable, they only pierce ears, and all piercings are completed by an RN! Tina helped us and she was such a sweetheart! My daughter had her ears pierced with the piercing tool and they did it simultaneously, one nurse on each ear to ensure my child's comfort. Next, they gave me my second piercing on each ear lobe. They recommended a needle piercing for me as I had this piercing in the past and they were closed up. Again, this went so smoothly and very comfortably! Another added bonus to Rowan is the jewelry is so cute! They have very affordable options all the way up to entry level luxury. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side once they add up all of the fees, however I feel that the overall value is there. They help you not only get the piercing you want safely, but to make it a memory as well.
